I bought these shoes after finally swearing off cheap shoes due to foot pain. I stand all day for work, so I should invest in good shoes anyway. I tried the Privo Lucas, but the bungee cords cut into the top of my foot (high arches). I also tried the Privo Trumpets, but they slipped off my feet (narrow feet). Then I tried the Privo Kosmos and they were just right! Comfortable, no slipping. Perfect!

These shoes are so comfy. I got them to wear on my morning bike commute. They are easy to slip on and off and you could wear them with a sock (assuming you are wearing pants over them). They are cute enough to wear with a skirt as well. \r\n\r\nI wore them in the rain and they were not prone to slip. They also did not make the annoying squeaky noise when I got inside on the tile. \r\n\r\nI got the 9.5 which is a half size bigger than I wear. I tried them on in DSW so I knew for sure which size I needed. I recommend some recon work at a shoe store before ordering.

SnazzySnaz - I ordered these because I teach and am on my feet all day: I need something with a lot of structure but still very comfy. These are perfect, and have just the cushiness that I need. They also keep my feet (usually very cold in the Iowa winters) very toasty warm, even without socks. I enjoy wearing these shoes in inclement weather because they have a slight heel, so the shoes stay very dry even in the rain. My only problem is that the back of the shoes fit quite snuggly to my heel, so they tend to rub my heels for the first few times I wear them in a season. Definitely a favorite pair of shoes!!

Privo Kosmo in Denim Multi is my second style of Privos. These are just as comfortable and supportive as the first. They were true to size and didn't require breaking in. They look great with jeans and are essential in certain metropolitan areas where sneakers label the wearer as "tourist". For me, they're just as comfortable as sneakers for walking all day, and they look much better. I haven't had any trouble with slipping and/or blisters, but that may because I wear socks with them at all times.

Love these shoes! I was looking for comfort and style because I own a coffee shop and am on my feet all day, but I don't want to wear sneakers all the time. These are cute with jeans, yoga pants, capris and shorts. They fit true to size. The right shoe rubbed on my ankle the first day and caused a sore spot, but they broke in and are extremely comfortable. Nice cushioning and support, plus they don't get sweaty because there is plenty of air circulation. Take the chance and try them. If they're not for you, Zappos takes them back for free. You can't lose.

I love this shoe! I am 6 feet tall and a lot of weight is put on my feet. These shoes are so comfortable. I bought the black and couldn't be happier; they just adorable.

I work from my home, but occasionally need to go to the home office where we can\'t where open-toed shoes. These are comfortable and stylish with jeans, jean skirts, capris, and khakis. They don\'t look clunky on my size 10 feet and are extremely comfortable.

I'm surprised at the high ratings on this shoe when lots of people seem to agree that the heels slip and the shoes cause blisters. To me they feel small, take forever to break in, and are very uncomfortable. These are my fifth pair of Privo shoes and I purchased my usual size, but these were just a misfire. Unfortunately, I've worn them too much (in an effort to break them in) to return them.

SO CUTE! I bought these in the pink/orange color. I really love the look of them, and they are quite comfortable too. The inner sole in very cushion-y with great support. My first time wearing them was touring around Boston and I did get some blisters on my heels. They seem to have broken in now, but I may wear band-aids next time I wear them for more than just casual walking. Despite the blisters, my feet, legs, and back felt fine the next day after walking all day.

Very cute -
I ordered this in the sage multi and a size 6 even though I wear a 6.5. The fit was good but a bit tight in the toe box. Very attractive shoe but made my feet look flat even though I have a decent arch.

I cannot tell you how much I love these shoes...
They are dressy enough to wear to work, but stylish and comfortable enough to just go for a leisurely stroll. I have had friends look at me and say "Are you sure you'll be comfortable enough in those shoes?" The answer is always yes. I LOVE THEM!

I like this shoe...I suggest getting a half size larger just because it does curve up by the toe area, and I find that I'm pulling my foot back so that it doesn't go to the tip of the shoe. Overall though, a very comfortable and stylish shoe. One thing I should point out, one of the stripes along the shoe is patent leather. You can't really tell from the picture and it surprised me when I received them.

Shoe is so cute! Perfect balance of casual walking, look, and more formal with slacks. I could look "put together" for an informal meeting, then take a walk with a friend. I so wanted them to feel comfortable. Unfortunately they didn’t. They slip on the heel. Instant blisters. They are tight in the big toe as well. But mostly it's the slipping heel that's the problem. I talked to a shoe store clerk about it (who carried Privo brand) and she said that without the strap these shoes are "made" to slip off the heels. Truly. Ouch!

Very comfortable and stylish. I found out about Privo at a shopping mall where a Mom and her college age daughter were both purchasing the same Privo shoes. I purchased my first pair that day. Zappos has many more styles to choose from and free, fast shipping so I now purchase my Privos from Zappos. I wear a 6 1/2 w to 7 w depending on the shoe style. This shoe runs a little big. I ordered a size 7 Regular and the width is great. The shoe does slip in the back and I added pads under the sole of each shoe which works. The strap across the top has velcro and can be tightened a very small amount if needed. I am a Grandmother of 4 and am not ready for the "Grandma" type shoes yet so Privo styles are great and comfortable too. I have had many compliments on these shoes!

Super cute, super comfy shoes. I purchased these for a trip to Disney. They did need a break-in period for me (they cut into my heels), but flip flops need breaking in for me every summer. I'm used to that. I got them in white, and between the black sole and gray trim, they go with everything. Wore them with skirts and shorts. Received lots of compliments, and inspired both my sisters to check out Privos. Extremely practical shoe without looking "granola", which is not my style. I highly recommend these!

Great shoes for casual wear!
These shoes are great; very comfortable right out of the box. They ran true to size. They look great with my khaki and stone-colored pants. I have a flat foot and sometimes have trouble getting flats to fit well, but these come up relatively high on the sides for good support.

These are very similar to my Privo Mesas, which I love. These need a little bit of time to stretch out a little then I’m sure they'll be very comfortable. I'm not a big fan of the t-strap look and wish there was some way to remove it. They don't make the Mesa anymore so this is my substitute.

Love this shoe -
This style is very comfortable and it feels like you are walking on a cushion. It can be worn with jeans or a skirt. I like the way the sole wraps around the heel and protects it while driving a car. It feels stable even in the rain when some soles start to slide. The shoe is well made and should last a long time.

Very comfortable shoe. I bought these specifically for a trip throughout Israel and they were wonderful. Never had a problem with comfort, whether we were hiking a trail in the Ein Gedi or walking the Old City of Jerusalem. I have several different pairs of Privo's and love them all. When traveling they're so much better than clunky, heavy sneakers that shout "tourist".

Surprisingly comfortable -
About me: I'm 34, a moderate fashionista new mom who wants comfortable, stable footwear while trying not to look frumpy and dowdy. My feet are wide and square with a decent arch, I usually wear 8 w or 8.5 m shoes (this is to inform you on taste and sizing used in my review.)
I am positively surprised at how comfortable most of the Privo shoes that I've tried are, and these are the most comfortable of them all. Not a rub or burn, even in bare feet straight out of the box. The sole is super cushiony with good arch support, and the regular width fit my fat feet just fine. I thought the detailing and style quality of the shoe was great, very sporty and cute. For me, they just made my foot look too stubby, and I thought they might be a bit hot for my purpose (casual wear in the three warm seasons--which can be scorching in the summer months where I live), they are solid and heavy. That's what you get with cushioning so thick. Sole has great traction. I tried the denim color, and I ended up returning it with pangs of regret, because it was just not what I needed but so comfortable and nice looking! Narrow-footed folks will find it wide all over.

These shoes are sooo comfortable and work with a casual outfit without looking too dressed down. I ended up buying a 1/2 size larger than I normally do. I am still amazed at Zappos' inventory and their high quality of service. I shop them for all my shoes now!

I am very pleased w/ this shoe and now own it in two colors. I have difficult feet to please and even Merrells do not suit me as well. I like the fact that one can make the shoe wider or tighter w/ the buckled strap.
