Had to send these back - they fit fine and seemed comfortable - I had ordered a half size down as suggested by another reviewer but they were just way too orthopedic looking. It may have been because I tried them in black? The other colors might work better...

This shoe is ok -
For the price I would expect this shoe to be very comfortable. The inside is rather hard. I ordered a size 7, but I am a 7.5 and it is a bit snug. I would not recommend this shoe.

This shoe was an entire size bigger than what I usually wear. It doesn't help that there are no half sizes, but definitely order a size down. Very cute, stylish and comfortable. Can't wait to get them in the 7. I hope they're still not too big!

Great height with comfort!
I was looking for a casual shoe with some height that was not uncomfortable and I have found it! They are a bit funky-looking but quite comfortable for how high the heel is. They do slightly remind me of orthopedic shoes; however, my jeans cover most of the top part so it is not as apparent.

Returning this shoe because of separation between upper and sole - gluing coming apart. Otherwise, fit well. Base of wedge heel is a little narrow for me to wear comfortably for long hours. Chocolate brown/Flame - had a little of the "so ugly it's cute" quality. Would look quirky cute with tights.

I had high hopes -
I read all the reviews and had high hopes for these. I love heels, but at age 37 I've decided I need something more comfortable and stable that I can walk around in all day, so I have been in search of a comfortable wedge or sneaker with heel. These are wide enough (I usually try to order wide, but the regulars were fine for me) and offer enough height, and are comfortable enough for every day walking around as long as I put in a cushioned insole. But for this price, I don't think I should have to go out and buy better insoles. I'm still undecided as to whether I'm keeping them. I may very well be impossible to please, :) but for now I'm going to keep searching...

These shoes are very comfortable and easy to take on and off. The straps connect via velcro. The soles make walking and even running easy, even with a higher heel. The sleek design lightens the shoe and the look despite the big heel. For me it is a pants shoe.

Most comfy shoe ever! Love this cute funky shoe. I get tons of compliments on them and I can literally wear them ALL DAY! I did have to add an insole because it was a little too roomy, but after that it was perfection!

This shoe is funky/cute in a different, casual way. I am short, and like to wear a bit of a heel most of the time. But usually that means it is uncomfortable for all day wear. This shoe is surprisingly comfortable. I am between a 6.5 and 7 in size. I got the 7, and put in a liner for more arch support and to snug up the fit a little. Now they are perfect, and I can wear them all day with lots of walking.

Hip Shoe -
Love this shoe, but to fit, it needed a sole insert to take up extra space. Feels like a perfect fit with this addition. Very comfy for a stacked heel.

I love these shoes. They are so comfy. I got a 6 but they seem to run a little big. I put in some inserts and now they are perfect!

Nice shoes even for summer...
You try them on and immediately slip into comfort. I really enjoy them although I did not feel enough support when I used them to walk around at the mall for over 40 minutes. My soles were aching a bit but overall great shoe I totally recommend it!

Height with comfort and style!
The foot length is perfect, but this style runs a bit wide and, without socks, slips at the heel. The fit is consistent with another pair of Tsubo’s I have: the Acrea. For both styles, a heel pad insert works very well. The Lerna is well made and adds a little height without sacrificing comfort. A good urban shoe.

Tsubos are comfortable -
For me, the Tsubo shoes are very comfortable and at the same time they give me the height that I need.

Runs little big -
Looks really cool, urban shoe. Comes little too large. I am thinking of getting a smaller one, but these only come in full sizes... so I am still debating.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
