The are sized for a man -
I did my search under women's shoes and came across these and thought I kind of liked their look. I ordered them and was surprised to learn that they are not in women's sizes. I thought I was ordering a woman's size 9.5 (Euro 40), but they were a man's size 9.5 (Euro 42.5).

These shoes look so cool. They are comfy and feel like you have worn them forever the first time you put them on. I love them.

Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Stylish not comfortable -
They look cool and I've gotten compliments on them, but unfortunately, they are made more like a women's shoe. A very narrow toe and narrow width makes it impossible to wear them for long lenghts of time. If you order these shoes, make sure you order a 1/2 larger than normal.

But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates.
