Heavenly Comfort -
I am 65 years old and I believe this is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I have neuropathy in my feet and it is a real trial to find a shoe that works. Some of the linings are prickly and have stitching in them - this does not. It is buttery soft and not hot. If you are looking for great arch support you can put your orthotics in this shoe.

I like this shoe and kept it. There is a little difficulty in slipping into it because of the cutout at the heel which tends to cave inward. It is not a shoe I would easily take off say in the movie theater because I would have a hard time slipping back into it. I loved the look and the walking comfort.

Very happy...
These are very nice shoes. They are comfortable, but not too bulky. The leather was surprisingly soft and I haven't had any blisters so far.

Nice looking shoe -
I loved the look of the shoe and I'm wearing them to work, shopping etc, but I have to say that I found the front part of the sole to be rather thin - when walking on concrete, pavement, in a mall, etc... they feel like there's very little between your foot and the actual floor. The heel part is fine, but the front of this shoe needs more support. They are also a bit wider than I thought they'd be. I ordered a W and I don't think I needed to - a moderate would have been fine. On the plus side, they're a very neat light-on-the-foot kind of shoe and make your foot look smaller.

I liked these shoes so much that I own them in 3 different colors! There was no “breaking in” period either, I just put them on and wear comfortably.

Great dress shoe for custom orthotics -
I have to wear custom orthotics b/c of plantar fasciitis. I have had a tough time finding shoes that would accommodate the inserts, but look dressy enough to wear with skirts, etc. These shoes are great! I did buy the wide width. They are also very comfortable and their inserts are removablem, so you can use them or not. I am very, very pleased with the shoe and Zappos!!!

Great shoe... just not for me -
Very soft leather and very comfortable except where it rubs on my bunion. This is often a problem and I will always choose fashion over comfort, but this shoe was just too painful to wear.

But not as comfortable as I had hoped when I ended up having to wear them for a long time the very first time I wore them. My legs hurt that night. I am hoping they will be more comfortable to me after some additional wear.

Very cute, very comfortable...
...But made my WW width feet look scary! I was sad to send them back, as the quality was high, they were extremely comfortable, and fit well. I just cannot wear a Mary Jane. :)

Perfect little shoe - This is an ultra comfy and lovely little shoe. I love the look of the wide strap, and it looks great with skirts or jeans, tights or sockless. Comes up high enough in back to keep your foot from stepping out of it, but the leather is so supple it doesn't constrain at all. A great find.

I loved the looks and feel of the shoe, but it was way too wide even with inserts. I have worn many Naturalizer 8.5 Narrow over the years. Because it is so wide, I have about worn the shoes out after just a couple of weeks. Too bad.

Sooo cushy!
The materials that compose this shoe are truly soft and welcoming to my feet. Styling is handsome and classy. Great for work with pants or casual skirts, cute with jeans. I got the red, a nice deep cherry color. My size hovers between 9-9.5, width likewise hovers between N-M. The 9N fits very comfortably. Having tortured Zappos with umpteen returns, so glad to have found these!

This shoe is comfortable right out of the box. I bought the red one and it looks great with jeans! When I read the reviews, most people said that it was narrower than marked so I got the Wide and it fits perfectly.

Naturalizer Juliana - what a deal! They are very cute, comfortable, and a great price. I really like cute shoes, but most are not comfortable enough. My work place is very spread out, and I walk several miles each day because of this. These shoes are comfortable to do this much walking in and yet very cute, too. I really like the Mary Jane style, but most shoes in this style have not been that comfortable. Thanks!

These are cute Mary Janes. They do not have much arch support. I did not have a break in period at all. They were comfortable from the first time I wore them. I do wear thin low cut socks with them so that may have helped.

These shoes are great! Totally cute with dress pants or jeans for the office during the summer. I normally wear an 11 wide, but based on some of the comments here I ordered the 11 double-wide and am glad I did. They fit great! My toes can wiggle and the back slides off my narrow heel only a tiny bit, which for me is something special.
If they had more arch support they would be perfect. I wouldn't go walking any long distances in them--they are definitely not a seeing-the-city type of shoe.

Love these shoes! Bought the brown to use for a trip to Italy this summer. Needed no breaking in time and I will definitely take them with me to walk in! Very stylish and the leather is very soft! Good support. Zappos is wonderful - my first experience with them. I will be back!

I love these shoes. They are a good combination of cute and comfy. The leather is unbelievably soft. Unfortunately for me, they are a little too narrow for my toes, even after ordering a half size up. I haven't decided if I will return them b/c I really want them to work but don't think I will be able to walk in them for very long b/c of the toe squeeze. This shoe would be great for people w/narrow feet.

Very comfortable, even in hot weather.
Exceptionally comfortable. No break-in time at all. Very cute with pants, jeans, or a skirt. I live in a very warm and humid climate and was a little concerned about them not breathing well since the toe is closed and I usually wear open-toed shoes. However it was not a problem at all.

Dressy casual comfort -
This shoe looks great with jeans or skirts and fits like a glove. The only drawback is that arch support is negligible and the sole is thin so uneven surfaces, pebbles, and bumps in the sidewalk are easily felt.
