Jeans -
These jeans are super cute...but on very thin people. I should have ordered 2 sizes bigger!! I am a size 6...but this jean is made much smaller. Still love Zappos!

Certain booties....
Don’t fit into this jean well. Bummer is that I loved the fit everywhere else but the BUTT! William Rast is my jean and typically fits me the best next to Hudson. I have a curvy body type and bought a size 27. My rear is not large but not too small either...it's middle of the road but these flattened my butt like a pancake to the back of my thighs which is too bad because they were super cute otherwise. Just depends on your body type I guess.

No disappointment here!!! Although I am height deficient (and they have been tailored), they are one of my favorite jeans...And believe me, I wear them all...Sevens, True Religion, Rock and Republic, CoH, AG, Hudson, etc. I love jeans!!!

Disappointing Couture Jeans -
I was looking for a very dark jean that would be very fitted and long. This style photographs darker than what it is when you receive. The thigh is very light and the polyurethane that is in the jeans makes them weirdly stretchy. Many jeans now have the stretch material in them, but these felt so strange. The length was great and the backside looked very good, but the overall feel of the jean was much to "spandex-y". Kudos to Zappos though for bringing a high end jean to their site!

 |  | I have to say that I am always impressed with the customer service I receive from Zappos. I have ordered about 7 pairs of shoes from the website and each time they arrive sooner than I expected. Plus, it has been twice that I have been upgraded to free overnight shipping. Also, your wonderful return policy makes it such that customers can shop without fear of being stuck with a shoe that doesn't fit well or match the description. My only return was dealt with quickly and without any problems. As always the website is easy to navigate and has the shoe color and size in stock when I order it.
