Beautiful, but not comfortable. These boots are gorgeous. They're everything I wanted, square toe, chunky heel, just the right height. But they are narrow for Clarks, and they have no padding inside and absolutely no arch support. I wore them for one day and was in agony.

Absolutely wonderful in every way! True to size, great quality/beautiful leather, comfortable right out of the box, toe squared enough to be fashionable yet still not too narrow, perfect heel height to wear with slacks or jeans. I wish they had my size in the black; I'd buy them in a second!

Classic and comfortable boot -
These are very nice looking with pants. Felt a bit large, but fixed with foam insoles (thicker socks would work, too). Quite comfortable, but wish the heels were rubber so that they aren't so noisy on hard surfaces.

Finally I found one!
This Clarks shoe is just the right size and heel height for me! (My size is usually 4.5-5, and this shoe fits well in size 5.)
I've returned a few times to find these types of boots for everyday work. The return processes with Zappos were smooth and easy. (Excellent service!!) Also, Zappos' shipping is always quicker than I expected! I love shipping with Zappos, thanks!!

Very comfortable heel - not too tall or too short. The leather is soft and the style can be worn with jeans or dressier pants.
I have had good luck with Clarks shoes for fit, style, and comfort.

Love the boots -
When I initially wore the boots, they were uncomfortable. However, after wearing them twice, they feel wonderful. I love them. They look nice too!

Classic boots!
Boots are tricky for me. Sometimes I need a 7; other times I need a 7.5. I took a chance, and ordered these in 7.5. Turns out, I should have ordered the 7. That said, these boots were very comfortable, except that the extra half size made me feel like I was sliding around in them a bit too much. The leather is supple and lovely though, and the style is classic and would go easily with pants or jeans, and would do nicely for work or going out. As soon as my return is complete, I will probably be buying these in the size 7. Classic ankle boots -- these will never go out of style!

Comfortable casual dress shoe -
Cute boot for casual dress wear. I was looking for a boot with heel that would be comfortable to wear most of the day and I could do a decent amount of walking in - this one is perfect. Just enough heel to have the "heel effect" without the height that makes it 'unwalkable'. Overall, I would definitely recommend this boot.

Very comfortable for its style. My feet are sensitive so I added a sole. Perhaps softer cushioning with arch support would make the shoe perfect.

The brown color is a nice dark, neutral color and looks great with jeans. They were comfortable right away and for me, the heel height is perfect. I love Clarks and would recommend these to anyone looking for a good quality, comfortable, yet stylish boot.
