A really cute, fun flat. Not good for arch support, but really comfy. This runs a little bit small, but I still ordered my regular size.

I've bought shoes from Fitzwell before and loved them...but these are incredibly uncomfortable, even after breaking in. They run smaller than advertised, and within a week of wearing the shoes the sole started to come off on both shoes! I had to gorilla glue them back together. Save your money.

Doesn't hold up -
The shoe looked fine when I got it, however after a 3 weeks (wearing it maybe 5 times), it stretched out, the heel sagged and it now the leather is all shredded. The leather looks good, but that's about it. They are extremely flat too; the gel really doesn’t do anything. I would not buy these. Usually flats last me a year, and these have worn so poorly I need to find a new pair now.

This was the worst investment in a pair of shoes ever...the leather is so thin, that the first day I wore them the black rubbed off on the sides and the heel to show a tan cardboard looking material...I tried to cover that up with black leather wax...but after only a couple weeks the leather which I think is glued and not stitched to the heel came away from the shoe...they are a bit smaller than they say...and they are not as cute, after realizing I wasted money on them...I could have spent a little more for a long lasting QUALITY shoe...this shoe is completely lacking in quality...BUYER BEWARE!! WORST SHOES EVER!

I love this shoe. I would not have gotten through the winter without it. I wear it every day. At first they are a little snug but once they wear in they are perfect. I am always searching for a good black flat for work, and I've found it. I am considering buying another pair; I already have black patent and the black satin (so cute for spring). A great product at a great price.

The shoe felt a full size smaller and narrower than marked. The stitching around the gel heel would scratch against my skin. And to top it off, the satin along the exterior ripped on the toe of both shoes within months.

I like the look of this shoe but it is too flat and runs a bit too big. Ends up really hurting the feet, needs at least some heel for support.

I stand on my feet for 8 hours. By the end of the day my feet are screaming. They have no support or cushion. I feel like I am walking bare foot. Now if I used these casually they would be just fine. They are cute, just not comfortable.

Worst Shoe Ever -
I ordered this shoe and it arrived today. I've already printed out the return slip - it's going to the UPS Store tomorrow.
The shoe is ridiculous. I ordered a size up but never mind that. It has no arch. It slips off the foot. It's totally uncomfortable. It's a piece of trash.

After MONTHS of searching I finally found a cute solid black flat that can be semi-dressy or worn with a t-shirt. I have a narrow foot - I ordered a 6.5 and they fit. That is what I usually wear in BCBG heels and Antonio Melani flats. I LOVE Zappos!!

Zappos, you are my favorite spot for shoes but I must confess the Fitzwell Callie did not rise to the occasion. It appears that the right foot shoe is extremely uncomfortable. The toe presses downward
and the lining in the back causes blisters. Somehow the sole does not wear well. A most uncomfortable fit I am afraid. I would not recommend it. They look fabulous until one wears them. I would not trust Fitzwell again.

Great simple slip on -
I got this shoe in grey and it was quite a plain style but it fit well after following instructions and I ordered it a full size bigger than my true size. The shoe has toe cleavage which I don't mind at all but I know some might not.
My only pet peeve is that if I wear them for too long the front opening can cut into the top of my foot.
Other than that I do love them, they are a cute simple shoe!

Cute shoe, too wide/short -
I have a long, thin foot and the toe on this shoe was much too short and wide. It's pretty cute, but didn't fit right at all. I'll be returning this one.

Fitzwell hardly fits well. I really wanted a simple black flat and this seemed perfect, but that is far from the case. First I had to order the shoe four times in different sizes because I couldn't find a good fit. (I read the reviews suggesting ordering a size up, but for whatever the reason it didn't work on my feet.) I finally settled on a size that offered the least amount of squeeze and even if the shoe fit nicely, I can't imagine them being comfortable. The shoe does not bend with your toes at all. Very disappointed in this product and probably will not order a Fitzwell shoe again.

I bought the size I normally wear but that size fell off my foot. I exchanged for a 1/2 size smaller and that pinches toe. I love the look but they are not everyday shoes which is what I hoped for.

Love the look & fit; wish was a bit better quality...
I was looking for a flat, cute, but specifically a "comfortable shoe" that I could wear to work & could buy in multiple basic colors. This shoe met all these needs. My only reservation w/ this shoe is the quality & long term durability. Another observation is that the size & fit did vary a little between each color.

Loved these shoes! They are the sexiest ballet shoes and I love the non-skid sole. However, I usually wear a 9 and heeded the advice to order one size larger. They were huge! Had to return them and ordered a 9.5 and a 9 - thanks to Zappos wonderful return policy. It was the 9 that fit perfectly.

These shoes are a fabulous fit for my horribly sore achy feet. I usually wear a 9-1/2 wide; I ordered an 11, following instructions that they run small. For the first time in YEARS I received a pair of shoes that ACTUALLY FIT!!! The only thing wrong is: they are currently out of stock. PLEASE, PEOPLE, PLEASE. My poor feet are begging you to get more of these!

Cute but Revealing -
Cute shoe, sort of. I don't like how low it dips in the front of the shoe. I see the cleavage between all of my toes! And it gapes on the sides of my feet so you see the inner lining of the shoe. I love that the back of the shoe does not come high on the heel, so it doesn't cut or rub my Achilles like many other flats do. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than usual and in Wide (I'm regular width) and the fit was perfect.

The recommendations to order the next size up were appreciated! My long wide foot loves this shoe. It's very comfortable though it doesn't have any arch support. Cute style and perfect for the office.

Stiff and narrow, and too low on top of shoe -
This is a good basic flat if you have narrow feet. I was disappointed at how stiff they were and also that the top of the shoe came down so low on my foot. I had major toe cleavage showing, which was not the look I expected in these shoes. Also, there was no arch support.

A little big -
It seems like most found this shoe to be smaller than marked, but I had the opposite experience. I always wear a 7 1/2, never anything different. But the shoe definitely felt big. Luckily some heel grips solved the problem. Would get a 7 if I had to do it again. But they are great shoes; the black suede gives a different look than your typical black leather flat.

Very Disappointed!
I am really bummed about these shoes. I wear a 10.5 wide so I ordered up to an 11 wide like the reviews said. Unfortunately, these shoes are not for wide feet at all. They are terribly stiff and uncomfortable. I wanted them to work because they were so cute, but don't bother getting these if you have wide feet, you'll end up returning them.
