Love these boots. Exactly as I had hoped. They are not really green, they are more like brownish, which I was hoping. Very cool color. I wear them all the time!

These are super cute! Unfortunately if you have skinny calves like me, they will not fit properly. They do not stay up! There is also some ankle slipping as well. They run very big, order a size down.

I love these boots. They are really comfortable and cozy. I know fit has been an issue for some. I typically wear a size 8 1/2 shoe; I ordered a size 8 in these boots. They are perfect! Zappos even surprised me with free overnight shipping; what a treat! The only issue I had was a button hole that was sewn shut, I simply cut it open and haven't had any issues since.

I love my new Uggs! I can wear them either up or folded over for two different looks. The Zappos price was great and better yet the fast delivery. My husband is in Europe at the moment and noticed that these same boots sell for almost 75% more than the Zappos price. Thank you Zappos.

Zappos is awesome! My Uggs were here two days! Everything is real and try to have a huge selection! Free shipping is definitely a plus and giving you a year return policy! Can't go wrong with Zappos. I would suggest it to anyone especially if your like me and don't have the patience to wait a week or two to get those new boots!

I have the classic Ugg boots and thought these would be more stylish to wear. I do like the look, but they do not give you any ankle support. Hard to wear these all day like you can wear the classic Ugg boots.

I love these Uggs. My husband liked them so much he forgot to ask me how much they cost! I got them in cream and they have gotten many compliments. Mostly good for wearing around the house (we have hardwood floors and these shoes make me not miss carpet at all!) and for running quick errands when it's cold but not wet. They would be impractical for wet weather, they are definitely meant for cozy, lazy winter days around the house. Love them.

Awesome Ugg boot; I purchased it in grey. I am 62 years young. I get lots of compliments on this boot when I wear it. I like cutting edge styles, that aren't too
"over the top". These boots look great with grey sweaters and pants, especially turned down. Like all my Ugg boots, this boot is extremely comfortable and fits nicely, and I wear an 11 1/2 narrow.

I usually wear Dansko clogs. I bought these Uggs in a place colder than L.A. (The temperature, not the people.) These particular Uggs are like having a cozy rainy Saturday-kind of sweater for your feet. Ordering one size down was a good tip. They were snug when I first put them on, but they and my feet worked it out in minutes. I'm a fan of the Uggs. They stay comfortable longer than you'd expect. And they don't make your feet sweat. Not that I typically have sweaty feet. I really don't. I do have to change my socks sometimes around dinnertime, but I think it's about crappy socks. Not sweaty feet. Right? Anyway. I'm an Ugg wearer and I approve this shoe. Peace and love.

These boots are adorable! I have them in the gray and am considering getting another color. I've worn them about 3 times, but I almost wish I had gotten my normal size 9 instead of the 8 that I purchased. Although I agree that they probably run a bit big, the extra room is mostly at the back of the boot. I have wide feet and my right foot is slightly bigger. The left boot fits perfectly, but I find that my big toe on the right foot is at the very edge, so it's a bit uncomfortable. Because it is a sweater material, I'm hoping that this gets better after a few more wears.

These run very big. I usually wear an 9-10, and mine are 9s and they are still big, so be sure to order down. Otherwise, very comfy and very stylish. I get lots of compliments! I would definitely get these again.

These make decent slippers, but awful boots. I realize I\'m in the minority, because apart from the way they look, I don\'t get the appeal. Yes, they\'re cute. I\'ve owned mine for more than a year and get compliments all the time. But they\'ve got absolutely no support, the plush sheepskin lining packs down quickly, and they\'re terrible to walk in for anything more than a short distance.

These are the cutest ever! I am a solid size 8 and ordered a size 7 as advised. They are perfect. At first I thought they were too small, but in just a few minutes they stretched a bit and fit just right (barefoot). If you want to wear medium socks, order your regular size. The moss color is so rich and complements many colors. I have been wearing them down, but am going to try them pulled up over jeans tomorrow. Feels like I have on slippers. Probably not great for wet conditions, but who cares.

I love my Uggs! I have several pair of the traditional Uggs and ordered these in the same size but they are a little looser. I wear them with socks so the fit is compensated. Zappos service rocks!

I ordered these Uggs when I moved to Chicago. They are great for the cold weather. When I wear them in the morning to take my dog out, my feet are always nice and toasty. I normally wear a size 8, but ordered a size 7 in these and they fit perfectly, maybe even still a little on the large size. Overall, great boots!

Beware! These boots run huge! I typically take a 6.5, unless I'm wearing open-toed shoes. I ordered the Classic Cardy in a ladies 6. I was swimming in them. The boot is just too cute to give up on, so I tried the childrens' size 4 and they fit much better! The childrens' style is smaller overall, with there being only 2 side buttons and the shaft seems shorter (probably will only wear them up). I agree with some of the other reviews that the heel is wide. Mine does slip out of it somewhat and they feel a little sloppy. I still love them and will be wearing mine this fall.

I have used Zappo\'s more than once and was shocked at times at how fast my orders have been delivered. I did have to exchange a pair of Uggs once for size and they could not have been more accomadating. Upgrading shipping for return customers in these economimic times could not be more appreciated. Nice touch !!

I generally hate the look of Uggs but needed slip on comfy dog walking shoes. These are pretty comfortable and look okay. I am usually an 8.5 or 9, but had to get a 7 in these and one still slips a bit, so order small!

I love the Ugg Classic Cardy. I can wear them with a skirt or pants to work or for fun. I actually own this boot in 3 different colors. My daughter begs to borrow them and at times I have to actually just take them home with me. They are comfortable even if I am on my feet for 10 hours in the avenue in which I work. If they get soiled, just wipe them off with a damp towel and bit of carpet spray cleaner if necessary. May get another color, who knows. Give them a try; you will love them.

Great boots. Very warm and plush on the inside! I like the versatility of wearing them folded down, slouchy, or at full height. They do tend to "eat" ankle socks so I recommend tights, or longer socks or none at all.

We are pleased with our second UGG purchase and particularly the ease of ordering from Zappo\'s. They exceeded our expectations, yet again. I highly reccomend using them. rather than fighting the mall mobs for the latest fashion shoes! Good job Zappo\'s and UGGs are great values.

 |  | I just want to thank you, and commend the customer service staff at Zappos. I just couldn't believe it when you actually kept me abreast of the certain pair of shoes I was looking for! Having a size 4- 1/2 foot, is very hard finding shoes. I could wear certain kinds of shoes such as boots, clogs, etc…but having to wear 3 heavy pairs of socks in order for them to fit! Well, they fit, but my feet kill me! Clogs such as the ones I purchased, seem to be more comfortable. I'm just hoping that they're not too big for me. I can’t wait to get them and see!
