Quality shoe for the right runner -
The Ascise GT-2130 is a good quality shoe and looks good as well. This shoe did not work for me. I'm 6’1” 185lb 40-50 mile per week runner. I have been trying a few different shoes of late. Have high arches, wide but thin bony feet with a narrow heel. They did not provide enough cushioning for me. I tested this against the Asics Cumulus-10. The Cumulus-10 provided more cushioning and overall comfort for me. I used the GT-2130 with a replacement high arch insole.

Best running shoe I have ever purchased!
I cannot say enough about these shoes. I have tried others (including some other Asics) and none fit as well as these or are more comfortable. It is like walking on a cloud. I have a high arch, a wider than average foot AND a fairly narrow heel and these are the Best ever!!

I have been wearing this model Asics shoe thru all of its iterations and happy with it. I have a very high arch and pronate with my right foot and this shoe directs my foot fall to the outside. I wear EE and yet I would like it to be a tad wider, but I do not like to go to 10 because the additional length annoys me. As usual the Zappos folks handled the order perfectly.

Great shoe!
This shoe is absolutely perfect! The fit is great and is exactly what I needed since I overpronate when I run. Zappos is the place to order from ... the price was consistent with (or less than) other stores, the 4E size was in stock, and I ordered the shoes Sunday evening and had them in my hands by Tuesday (even with standard shipping)! I couldn't be any happier!

Great running shoe. Super cushioning. Tried other shoes, but for 6'1", 200 lb guy, this one takes the pounding and really cushions some old bones.

ASICS's GT-2130™
I bought this because I wanted a narrow, black shoe with good arch support and cushion; I was not disappointed. Each evening, I walk my Black Labrador Retriever two miles without any discomfort, which is quite an achievement since I am recovering from plantar fasciitis. As always, thanks to Zappos for super fast delivery.

Asics Rock -
Long time New Balance wearer, but tried Asics 1130 after seeing my Doctor. The 1130 are extremely comfortable, the Asics do better with my orthotics. I tried the 2130, WOW! Both shoes are superb. I alternate daily, I don’t run but walk 3 miles every day. Try these and Zappos you won’t be disappointed. Goodbye New Balance.

My husband loves me for buying these sneakers for him (in Black - that was all that was left). He doesn't usually get overwhelmed with any shoe or clothing purchase... but he has told me already several times how much he loves these new sneakers. He says they are the most comfortable sneaker he's EVER had and it feels like he's walking in slippers, yet they are supportive and he can do workouts at the gym AND they fit better in the gym cycle foot holders! He actually says, "He loves them!"

Good support for over-pronators -
Mid-range running shoe with good support for overpronating. Comfortable from the first. Looks were not even an issue since these are purely for treadmill workouts at home - so the style doesn't matter.

Great for working on your feet - First as a teacher and then as a social worker I have used these sneakers while working on my feet for 7 or 8 hours per day. Very comfortable and supportive.

Very nice - Best running shoe I’ve ever worn. I’m 6 ft 4 in and 215 lbs. Former 270 lb offensive lineman with sore back and knees. Did my best 5k last weekend in 24.33 with no break in trial. Felt wonderful!

Dependable Asics - I bought this shoe for my son, who has wide feet. He's worn Asics before, so he knew he could probably order these without trying them on and be OK. They came one day later, fit perfectly, and he was then convinced - as I have been - that Zappos is the only way to go for buying shoes!

I have a weird foot. Wide toes with a miniscule heel. I've tried on a million different shoes and finally, my feet have found a home with good arch support, to boot. Also, the black ones look less tacky than most running shoes.

Good arch support, fairly lightweight. I like the way they feel on the road. Not the biggest fan of their style, but I didn't buy them for their looks.

I bought these for myself. They are supposed to be kid's size but the youth size is actually perfect for women. I am so glad that I ordered the chianti color. As you should know, the CHIANTI color is only available for the kids. The great thing, though, is that the color is such a vibrant red and they are simply gorgeous. Look at the zipper color too. Louis Vuitton and Gwen Stephani's L.A.M.B line has this multi-color zipper detail. Anyway, the boots are beautiful and the shearling is thick and soft. You have to see them to believe it. In fact, you should order them, and should you have doubts, return them, it's free for 1 year anyway with Zappos. Anyway, I'm sure all you ladies want to know how the sizing goes, so this is what you should know. If you normally wear 6.5, order these in Youth 4. If you normally wear 7.5, order these in youth 5. I hope this info helps. And thanks, ZAPPOS, for being the BEST shoe store ever!

Running shoes are a very personal preference. So, for what it is worth, I like these shoes quite a bit. They fit well, are very comfortable, and take little breaking in. I trained and ran a marathon in two pairs of these, and had no complaints.
They were "true to size" in the sense that everyone should know that Asics run smaller than, say, a standard dress shoe.

I did a lot of research on different shoes before I purchased the ASICS GT-2130 and it paid off. I love the way the shoes feel on my feet and the arch support is great. I will buy these shoes again in the future because of their quality.

I have used the GT series back to the 2090, and really liked the 2110. I normally buy one size up for ASICS; however, the 2130 seems longer in design and fit. If I buy another pair, I would try true size.

A must for any runner or anyone for that matter -
So I ordered these shoes in white/black/gold, based on the reviews posted. I’ve been a Nike runner for some time, but since I tend to pronate mildly, I decided to go for something a little more supportive. I have to say that I have never made a better choice. These shoes are completely and utterly amazing… like running on clouds. Of course, the service was amazingly fast. Aside from the vast selection, the promptness is probably the best thing about Zappos. Anyway, you won't be disappointed. BUY THIS SHOE!!!

I wore Asics many years ago and loved them. With the advent of many manufacturers and styles, I tried others. I wear sneakers all the time. Work and play. I decided to try Asics again after many years. Great decision. I had total hip replacement this past December and walking is important to recovery. This style feels like walking on pillows. Very comfortable.

Very comfortable for wide feet.
I have high instep and arch, narrow heel and wide foot (EE). These were my third try to find something I could walk and jog comfortably in, and they are just right. I have gone with New Balance in the past but I like this better. More comfortable. I got the Onyx/Black/Lightning, and I like the look, even though comfort was much more important to me.

Searched hard for a wide width sneaker for indoor volleyball. It fits well, is light, and provides good support for a lot of jumping at the net.

I am going to get a lot of use out of this gorgeous shoe! I love the vintage look and for a heel this high it is comfortable. Boston Proper has this shoe but shipping is not free but may be an option as this shoe is sure to sell out!

 |  | To Whom It May Concern: I am extremely pleased to be able to write you this letter. Less than a week ago I accidentally mailed something valuable in my Zappos return shipping box along with the two pairs of shoes I wanted to return. I also ended up sending a valuable Louis Vuitton bag. Now, this may not seem like a big deal, but the issue was that the bag was not mine, it belonged to my sister. I do not have the means to spend that much money on a purse - but my sister does - and I knew if I didn't get it back, she was going to be very upset because they don't make this particular purse anymore. I, too, was going to be upset that I had to refund her that money because I can't afford it. As soon as I had realized what I'd done (or thought I'd done), I called UPS... they were of no help because it was just a drop off and they didn't have the tracking number. I then called Zappos customer service and was greeted very kindly when I explained what I had done. Then today, less than a week later, I received the bag that I had accidentally shipped in the mail. Not only did you not charge me for the return shipping, but the bag looks like it is in better condition now than it was before! I called immediately to say thank you and I think ended up frightening your supervisor because I started crying... I was so happy that I just started hysterically crying! (I am pregnant and sometimes my emotions are CRAZY!) Please accept my sincerest thanks for your staff's attention to this matter. I am truly thankful and if I wasn't before, will now surely be a satisfied Zappos customer! I will gladly continue to shop with you - and be sure to tell friends of my wonderful Zappos experience!!!
