Rockstar 'sneaks'
This was such a great surprise!!! We really liked the shoes online, but when they arrived, they were so much better! This is a great looking shoe in person. It has more personality and is less rigid looking and more fashion-forward. They did require a bit of breaking in, which is true of any shoe. Then, the icing on the cake was that they came the next day. All in all, we were totally thrilled with this whole order experience. Thanks Zappos!

Also on my order I had selected standard mail to save money and WA-LA, your company upgraded my shipping to priority, free of charge. Ordering online was easy and made life a lot easier than running around trying to locate this hard color to find in the store.
