Good, not great.
It’s a cute and low maintenance dress. I bought it exclusively for wearing on the beach/boat, and it's good for that. I don't know about other body types but on a sway back figure it looks as the back of the dress is way too long compare to the front. the entire upper back is pleated so there is a lot of fabric in the back lower part of the dress, perhaps too much because I personally cannot wear it in its intended bubble shape - doesn't look right. From the front this dress looks cute no matter how you wear it though.
