I tried several pairs of dressy red sandals for an upcoming event, and these ended up going back to Zappos. (I kept the Vigotti "Miami" pair instead.) I didn't think they looked as good in person as they did in the photo--rather ordinary, really. Plus, I found that the straps rubbed uncomfortably on the side of my pinky toes. On top of that, the pair that Zappos sent me seemed to have a right shoe that had been stretched out bigger than the left.

Not for folks with big toes -
This is a beautiful shoe but definitely not for me. I have slight bunions and don't typically have problems squeezing into shoes but this shoe has absolutely no give around the toes. Too bad because I think they'd have been fabulous to keep!

This is a great shoe. Very comfortable and looked great. Only comment I'd make is that it runs a little big so I should have ordered a half size smaller.

Clean, Great Look!
The look is fantastic. The sandals have cushions which make them comfortable. My only reservation is that the heels are a bit too high for me.

 |  | If I am ever asked what I rate this company as far as ease of website and customer service, I would have to say on a scale of 1-10 I have to give you guys a 100. Superb service as well as shoes (love ‘em, gotta have ‘em). Do they let you bring pets to work there? Because it always seems so pleasant and animals do have a calming presence about them.
