I wanted to email you yesterday after I had placed my order and you emailed me a few hours later to let me know that I would be receiving my shoes faster than the 4 to 5 business days. I was shocked. I thought that was awesome. I did receive my shoes today. I love them. I ordered the Calvin Klien's and the Carlos Santana's. I have always wanted a pair of shoes in those brands. I have a friend that is always getting the stylish brands of everything. Including Coach, Louis Vuiton, and etc. I cannot wait to show her that I have these brands of shoes. I know not to wear them outside just in case I need to return them. The Calvins are going to be great. But the Carlos Santanas, I might have a problem with the strap hitting right across my little toe. I am going to walk around the house in them to see if they might feel like they will loosen up because they are the coolest shoe I have ever in my life had. They are beautiful. My husband loves them!! I will let you know if I need to return them. But for now I just want to say I am going to be a lifetime shopper with Zappos. The service that I got for a first time shopper was the best. It made me feel like I was special. I will let all my friends know about this and I will continue to order from you. Thank you again for the exceptional service.
