Nice boots -
These boots are nice looking, but I don't find them comfortable. In any case, I will recommend them for looks; just don't wear them if you have to walk a lot.

I was a little disappointed the first time I wore these shoes, for some reason my great toe was very uncomfortable, the second time was a little better so I believe it's taking a couple wears to breakin unlike my other Fitzwell boot. Other than that the leather is soft and the heel height is very comfortable and easy to walk in.

Awesome, look very $$, comfortable, true to size. I purchased both black & brown. Check this out. Love the gel pad. Look great with skirts and pants.

First, where other online and brick-and-mortar retailers failed, you had exactly what I wanted in my size (Men's size 12D... harder to find than it should be). Second, your email updates on the status of my order were useful and very timely. Third, my order contained an uncommonly pleasant and respectful letter thanking me for my business and informing me of multiple ways to resolve any questions or concerns with a return (not needed; the boots are perfect and already have trail dust on them). Fourth, my order was on my doorstep sixteen hours after I ordered it. You sell footwear with an uncommon focus on excellence and it worked for me superbly. More than just a slogan, "POWERED by SERVICE" seems to have driven HOW you do what you do, and because of it you have a new loyal customer. I'm already telling friends and family.
