Really nice shoe -
Perfect sandal that is comfortable enough for every day but also looks pretty with a dress. My daughter can be fussy about shoes and these felt good to her right out of the box. Since then we've occasionally heard a complaint about the ankle strap cutting but only once and also that the heel felt 'sweaty' but overall these shoes are a winner.

Not actually narrow, but nice anyway -
It's so hard to find sandals for girls that don't have chunky heels -- why start being cruel to their feet when they're still so young? These sandals are comfortable and pretty. We ordered narrows but they didn't actually come in narrow; Zappos shipped mediums. But the ankle strap is fully adjustable and the toe straps are not alarmingly wide so it's not an issue.

My girl loves these -
I thought these might be a bit too bright, but they are great. My daughter loves them and has worn them all day and they haven't hurt her feet at all.

Matika Sandal -
I bought this sandal for my 15 year old daughter with down syndrome to wear in a wedding. She only wears a size 3 and has extremely wide feet. This shoe fits okay, but I can't tighten the velcro all the way because her foot is too wide. But they will work. I really wish more children shoe companies would make xx wide sandals. She has been wearing them to break them in before the wedding and they are doing fine. I think they would look better if she could pull the velcro straps all the way over her foot. But like I said they will work. I haven't found any others that will work.

Great shoe!
Stride Rite makes excellent shoes. My daughter has been wearing them since she started walking. Wonderful design and nice fit.

 |  | I know how in business it's rare to hear the "good stuff" from customers and that good deeds often go unnoticed. So I would like to take the time to thank you for the upgrade in shipping of the product that I purchased. It is a birthday gift for my husband who, like most men, waits until the last minute to give any suggestions as to what they would like. I ordered the product thinking that it may get here in time, but now I can rest assured that I will not have to cut out a photo of the product and wrap it up in a box so that my husband has SOMETHING to open for his birthday!
