My son is 6 ft and husky -
Finding clothing and accessories for my kids are like a treasure hunt. My 16 year old is very large (Thank goodness for Zappos when he needs new size 16 shoes!!) He hasn't had any complaints about this backpack (a 16 year old who doesn't complain - it must be good!) and it is incredibly sturdy to take him to the end of the school year. Attending a campus-style high school this backpack will be exposed to the elements numerous times during the day and I have no doubt that it will hold up nicely.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs. Thanks again, we're already discussing new core values thanks to ZAPPOS.com. I would like to send the results of these to you as my way of thanking your company for motivation to get better.
