Comfort plus classy -
Bought them to take to Hong Kong. Needed a dressy but comfortable shoe. This one fit the bill. True to size and width. Would definitely buy this brand again. Zappos offers lots of shoes that I could not find in a store. Love this free shipping.

This is an awesome shoe. It is comfortable and beautiful. I wore it to my son's outdoor wedding and never once had to think about my shoes.

Love the company-
I have had other shoes from this company.
For someone who doesn’t wear heels often, these are GREAT- I am not crazy about there style-but you can wear them all day.
PS: They looked better in person. The free shipping coaxed me into trying.

Ab Fab!!!
These shoes are not only beautiful, but SO comfy! There is gel and arch support; a well-designed and adorable shoe. No Breaking In Needed! Great for a dressy occasion, dancing, walking, etc. More pricey than I wanted, but far better than any other shoe I ordered; way worth every penny.

Very Classy, Very comfortable -
I bought the Helle Benilda for my son's August wedding after returning 2 very attractive dress shoes by Onex. The Onex arch did not come near my own and I knew they would not be comfortable for very long. I cringed at the price of the Benilda, but once they arrived and I tried them on, I knew they were worth every penny to me. Unlike the shoes I wore at my other son's wedding that I will never wear again, I will be looking for and inventing lots of reasons to wear these. Not only are they beautiful, but I'm certain they will keep my feet comfy throughout the event as well. The Helle Benilda felt true to size with an excellent arch support and a very padded footbed. I purchased this shoe in silver and the heel is very shiny silver, but the leather straps are more of an antique silver which works for the dress I'm wearing to the wedding… but might not work for someone who wants a very true silver shoe.

A pinch-free dress shoe -
I had narrowed my search down to seven pairs of attractive dress shoes that had decent comfort reviews, but this shoe is in a class by itself. As a bonus, it's a "quiet" shoe, without that annoying slapping sound that sometimes happens as a person's heel moves while walking. This is the first dress shoe I have ever owned that I haven't needed to kick off my feet during dinner.

Wonderful shoes!!
I love these shoes!!! I've been looking for shoes to wear to my daughter's wedding and nothing has been comfortable that is pretty enough until I found these. These have great arches; especially the metatarsal arch and they're beautiful and comfortable. I would say they run a little bit big because I'm happy with size 38 rather than 39 and they have a generous toe box which for which I often have to buy wide shoes. They're definitely expensive in my mind for a pair of shoes I will wear only once or twice but comfort and style is worth everything and I'm so excited to have found them. On top of the Zappos makes shoe buying so easy with their shipping and return policies. I definitely will be buying through Zappos in the future!

The shoe rubbed my little toes because of my foot slipping. I plan to put a pad in there to keep it in place. Absolutely gorgeous on.

Very comfortable!
I have a wide foot so I have problems finding cute comfortable shoes. These are surprisingly wide, almost too wide, but for me they are extremely comfortable. The foot pad is soft suede so it almost feels like memory foam. Very dressy looking, too, since the heel is almost patent leather shiny and the jewel on top also dresses them up. Glad I got them.

Really comfortable dressy-looking shoes -
I never can wear shoes out of the box without a host of blisters; but these were so cushioned and the straps were generously cut so they didn't bind, that these were incredibly comfortable. The straps could have been a bit softer, but I "rolled" the edges up to avoid rubbing my skin. I got them in two colors, and my only concern with the lighter sole was that it is suede, and when worn without stockings, it would "foot imprint" easily. I scotch-guarded it to be sure. I wore both colors for a tradeshow, and was amazed how long I could stay on my feet. The heel height is just high enough to look dressy, but not too high for comfort. The rhinestone jewel decoration could have been eliminated from my viewpoint; but it does make it distinctive.

Amazingly comfortable -
The cushioned bottom helps your foot not to slide down. These shoes shocked me at how comfortable they were. They are pricey, but so far the most comfortable dressy shoe I have found. They look very stylish as well.

Love Zappos & Love this Shoe Despite the Price -
I was desperate and needed some comfortable shoes for a New Years event. I always turn to Zappos because they have the fastest shipping and the BEST return policies; their customer service is unsurpassed! (And no, I'm not an employee of Zappos-- I rarely give rave reviews though, so take me seriously). These shoes are extremely cushioned, which I need. They even have an extra "tuft" of padding in the center, which adds to the overall support. I have a narrow foot, but a wide toe area and this shoe accommodates that well, without my foot falling over the side of the shoe. It is a beautiful, well-made, low-heeled shoe and I get many compliments every time I wear them. Also, even though I have a minor knee injury, I was able to dance for 2 hours in these shoes! They are worth every penny!
