Not the best - I was really excited when I ordered these shoes, however, they weren't what I had envisioned. On top of that, they are very uncomfortable. I've had the shoes for a month now and I wear them everyday for work and they still don't feel broken in.

	You guys are the best. I put in my order less than 24 hours ago and I'm already rockin' my new Vans. My old sneakers probably weren't going to make it through the weekend and I was a little worried, but now everything is fine thanks to Zappos. I came to you guys because it's impossible to find the styles I like in a size 15 and my Dad and brother (sizes 14s) have been raving about you for years. I came for the size and selection, but your great prices and incredible customer service will keep me coming back.
