Best dress/work shoe ever -
This is the best shoe if comfort is key! I am on my feet 16 hours a day, running up and down stairs and short of wearing sneakers, these shoes really stand up to the challenge. It's a nice, more feminine alternative to Danskos. I own the brown pair and will be getting a black pair as well.

GREAT work shoe -
I work in the hospital on my feet all day and I love, LOVE these shoes. They are soft around the toe, which is where most shoes start to pinch after 8 or 9 hours. They are also very cute. The gold goes with many colors.

These didn't quite fit me - I have narrow feet and the heel in the back was too loose. Also, the color wasn't quite white - it was more of an off-white.

This shoe fits very well and is comfortable. Looks nice on the foot. I wore this pair to a banquet and they felt very comfortable on my feet. True to size.

Snazzy, comfortable party shoe - I recently had back surgery and I am not supposed to wear heels, but my son was getting married and I wanted to wear something that was comfortable but a little dressy. These shoes are very comfortable, and the wide heel is stable, making it easy to walk. I bought them in 2 colors.

Nice for a wedding -
I needed a shoe fast for a wedding I was in. For our mocha dresses the shoe was perfect. VERY comfortable for being on my feet for five hours. A small heel made them dressy enough. They ran a little big. I can usually wear a six in dress shoes and I had to send the six back and get a 5.5. Zappos was GREAT with the return as usual.

Although I normally wear a size 7, the 7 was a bit too short. It was so easy to request a size 7.5, which fits perfectly. I love these shoes: they are so cute and yet so comfy!!

What a pretty shoe! I bought the brown metallic, and they're awesome. I love them with jeans, slacks and dresses. The metallic leather gives this shoe a real touch of sparkle. I have feet on the wide side of medium, and these shoes were comfortable right out of the box. My only problem with them is that the strap in the back is a bit loose, causing it to slide down when I walk, but I can live with that.

These shoes are really cute and comfortable. They're not truly white, more like a pearly white, but I still wear them as white shoes. Many flat or low heel shoes gap on the sides but these don't.

I loved these shoes from the moment I took them out of the box! I ordered the bronze to go with a milk chocolate and turquoise dress. None of the brown shoes I had seen in stores really matched, but the bronze looked fabulous. I ordered them for a special event at which I was on my feet for several hours. They never hurt. I received MANY compliments on them. Great shoe!

Cute but...
I love the look of these shoes! They are easy to slip off and on and look great with jeans or a dress. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong size or width but one of the two is wrong. It slips off of my heel constantly and until I go have the heel strap made smaller; I simply cannot wear them at all. If could crack the size code they'd be PERFECT!

Nothing but cute and comfortable! I have such a problem finding shoes that feel AND look good. My feet run a little to the wide side and this shoe fits great. They are sort of a quirky cute, and I like things that don't look like the same old, same old. Everyone is going to be asking where I got these, and I will tell them "Zappos, the best place on the planet to buy shoes!"

Dressy AND Comfy!
This adorable shoe is not only good-looking, but very comfortable and looks well with dresses. The strap in the back is a trifle too long for my foot and since it's not adjustable, I might take it to a shoe repair to have it shortened. I ordered them in black and in the light gold, but I am considering ordering it in other colors as well. I have bunions and weak ankles. The shoe is wide enough in a medium width to accommodate my bunions. I normally wear a medium width, so I'd order your usual width. The model is also low enough to give me good support for my ankles. Great shoe!

This shoe is simply beautiful and is great to wear all day and into the evening. I purchased it take to a conference where I will be standing and walking around for long periods of time. It meets the requirement of what I need. I have not attended the conference yet, but I wore it to work and kept them on all day and they were very comfortable. I thought the knot at the top of the shoe would bother me, but it did not. It is an awesome little shoe that is stylish and can be dressed up or dressed down.

Comfortable, cute slingback with very small heel.
I have this cute and comfortable shoe in both black and gold. The crossover toe section adds interest and breath ability. Perfectly comfortable to wear all day long.

It seemed like it would be comfortable -
And, even though it lacks in looks, it was a good heel height. I found, though, that it had so little support and looked less than feminine on my size 9 1/2 feet, that I decided to go with a slide. It also wasn't as padded as I expected; and I wanted it for tradeshows when I would be on my feet all day.

Cute but painful -
It breaks my heart to say that these shoes, which look fabulous and are nice and round toed and wide across the toes, caused me so much pain from all that folded leather. The tops of my toes were unhappy and after only a few steps they felt like they were being stepped on. When someone makes a round toed smooth vamped sling back with that heel in a size 4.5 I'll buy a pair in every color. And two in black!

Perhaps cute, but definitely not sexy. Just not digging the round toe. However, they’re super comfortable and if you’re looking to camouflage big feet, then these are the shoes for you.

I bought it in every color!
I admit to having trouble finding a comfortable stylish shoe. When I saw this in the window I went in, tried it on and bought it in every color. The first day I wore it to church (3 hours) kept it on at home as I made dinner, and changed to pants and wore the shoe to a meeting where I am an advisor for a sorority. That night at 11 pm, I took off the shoe and packed it for a vacation trip the next day. I'm still wearing the shoe. I received compliments at church and from the co-eds and on vacation from strangers. I'm very happy! Comfortable and looks good.

Just what I was looking for!
I wanted a versatile style that I could wear with slacks as well as skirts and this shoe works with both. I have a problem finding shoes that are comfortable in the toe area and these felt wonderful from the moment I put them on.

 |  | I've read many gushing customer reviews of Zappos great service and honestly thought that perhaps the expectations of these customers were just not that high. Well, I believe I was wrong. I ordered track shoes for my daughter on Tuesday evening using the standard 4-5 day free shipping hoping we might get them for her meet on Friday. I thought it was a long shot, but then again it's Zappos. Returning from work Thursday evening I found the shoes. Alright Zappos! But wait; the size 8-1/2 shoes I ordered were too small. Bummer. So much for the Friday meet. I printed the free return mailing label and placed a new order at 8:00PM for size 9-1/2 shoes for the track meet the following week with no special expedited delivery requested. Friday at 2PM my daughter IM'd me to say the size 9-1/2 shoes arrived (18 hours after the order was placed!), they fit, and she was off to the track meet. Whoa!!! This is well beyond my expectations. Don't know how you did it, but thank you!
