Very nice jacket, not bulky and good length too. Fits true to size, I wear small and this jacket in small fits me perfect and there is still room for sweater.

This jacket is great, fits right, not too puffy, just got it weeks ago and wore it a couple of times. So warm, also nice that the hood can come off as well. I got this particular jacket on this website since I loved that it was offered in Asphalt Grey, so nice, metallic looking but not too flashy. I would recommend this coat in any color.

The jacket is really warm and comfortable. The ivory color matches everything, and I've had many compliments. The jacket is well worth the money. Love North Face & Zappos!

I just bought this coat and I love it! It is so warm and not bulky at all. I bought it in a color called Phantom Red. I am 5'9" 135 lbs and I bought a size Medium and I have really long arms and it fits great.

I ordered this coat as a birthday present for my daughter. I ordered the wrong size, but was still able to exchange the coat and have it in time to give it to her on her birthday. Zappos service is outstanding. They are always friendly and I love the free shipping both ways. My daughter absolutely loves the coat. It's toasty warm without being bulky.

This jacket is not only warm, it also has a great fit. I\'m 5\'6", about 130 lbs., and a small was perfect, even for my long arms! I also like that it\'s cut a little longer. I can wear it with cardigans or jackets underneath, and they don\'t hang below the bottom of the coat.

I always find it more helpful when ordering online when the reviewers include their height and wt. So, here goes. I'm 5'6" and about 140. I bought this coat to wear to work because I walk. I usually wear a cami, button down shirt and a light sweater. I bought a Medium in black and it fits me perfectly, even with all the layers. It's warm, not bulky, stylish and I love it. The length and fit is perfect for any occasion. I didn't buy the Metropolis because, for me, it was not flattering and looked like I wearing a tent. Love the Transit!

Love this jacket! Perfect, flattering length, very flattering fit. Warm without being heavy. So stylish! Fit is roomy so you can wear layers underneath. XS feels loose but still looks contoured. I have both the black and the asphalt gray; the gray feels heavier than the black because of the outer material. The gray is a really nice, fashionable color.

When I ordered the jacket, I ordered an XL because I have a different North Face jacket in that size. It came and I tried it on, it was too big for me. I returned it and got the Large and it fits perfect! It\'s real warm but not too puffy. I love that it\'s a little longer too because I don\'t have to keep pulling the bottom of the jacket down when I raise my arms.

Love this coat! VERY warm, but not too puffy/bulky -
After a considerable amount time looking for a very warm winter coat and "research" to find the "right" one, I decided to give this one a try. (Couldn't really go wrong with free returns!) I'm so glad I bought this! It is really comfortable and very warm--worn it with temps in the 20s and was warm--but it's also very lightweight and easy to move around in. Perfect length, hits just below hips. I got the brown and it's very cute. Have only had it for a short while, but already have had lots of compliments. It's also nice in that it works for dress or play.

Awesome jacket!
I wear a lot of North Face and this is my favorite jacket. It is not as puffy as other styles, yet still very warm. I also like the slightly longer length. I can't recommend it enough and the photos don't do it justice! I wear a small-medium and I have plenty of room in the small.

 |  | Hi, Zappos has been one of my favorite shopping sites for a while, but now my teenage son is a fan. He is 15 and wears a size 15 shoe. It is no easy feat to find a shoe that he will wear that is in his size. Other stores carry the skate brands, but stop at a size 13. I suggested he look on your site and he found several styles he would wear in size 15. We placed the order for a pair of Vans and 20 minutes later, I got a confirmation that they were shipped.
