Too cute -
I thought my feet would die the first time I wore them. The wooden footbed was so hard and the woven leather felt like it was rubbing my toes off. By the second or third wear, they actually became pretty comfortable. Well, as comfortable as heels with wooden soles can be. I get compliments every time I wear them. And they go with everything!

Shoes are very cute and functional but they pinch slightly on the outer toe side. Totally worth seeing if they'll stretch out!

These arrived today and they are adorable. After about an hour of walking around my house, the wood footbed started to feel pretty hard. We'll see how they are at work. I agree with the others that they seem about a 1/2 size too big. I wear an 8-1/2, and the 8's fit just fine, no pinching, and just a little footbed left past my toe.

Very Cute Shoe!
These shoes are so cute and very unique. They seem very comfy but might need little padding. I have received many compliments in them. These shoes are another great buy at Zappos that you don't want to pass up!

Retro cute -
I've received many compliments while wearing these shoes (from men and women alike)! They look great with jeans as well as skirts. I've found them to be very comfortable for having a wood footbed. If you like vintage style, these are the shoes for you.

Love these shoes!! GORGEOUS ON!! Unfortunately, they are not the most comfortable shoe I've gotten from Zappos.com. The inner footbed has no padding and it is a wood base. So after being on your feet for a while it will start to hurt! BUT having said all that I still love the shoe and plan on getting a padded insert to ease the pain!

WOW--so cute!!
These wedges are amazing. Real leather, a sturdy shoe, and WOW so cute. I got so many compliments on them!! Everyone is asking where I bought them and I of course recommend Zappos, the best customer service/high fashion site!! I have both the dark brown (luggage leather) which are perfect for capris, skirts and jeans, and the tan…BUY THESE TODAY!! You won't regret it.

Very Cute Wedge!
This shoes looks is very cute & looks wonderful. I ordered a size 8 1/5 but shoes is only made in whole sizes. The 9 was too big so re-orders on an 8, even if shoes is too tight I will keep.... Very well made & the stitching great!!

 |  | Hello, I wanted to tell you the story of my experience with your company. In May, I placed an order for a couple of items. Immediately upon purchase, I changed my mind about one of the items. I called customer service and they were able to remove the item from my order. Sure enough, when my merchandise arrived, just the item I wanted was included. The problem, however, was I had been charged for both of my original items. I placed a call to customer service and they immediately fixed the issue. A few moments later, an email arrived containing a $20 credit for future orders on your site. The customer service rep did not mention the credit when I called, so I was surprised and delighted by the gesture. A couple of months later, I decided to place another order and cash in my coupon. However, the checkout process was confusing and the order was placed before I could figure where to apply the coupon. Once again, I called customer service. Once again, they immediately fixed the problem and issued the credit to my checking account. Once again, I was pleased. A few moments later, I got another surprise email. Apparently, the shipping on my order had been upgraded to standard overnight. Once again, I was surprised and delighted. True to the promise, my order arrived the next day. My shopping experience with Zappos.com could have been a true nightmare, instead I've been converted to a customer for life. Kudos to your customer service team for their excellent responses and proactive measures to ensure I knew I was a valued customer. I wish other companies would follow your fine example.
