My own fault - trying these on felt fine, great even, but by the time I had worn them over a weekend trip that involved much walking, they were in the giveaway pile. They very nearly damaged my feet forever; they cut across the top of my foot and left marks that lasted for days. My fault, but my suggestion would be to be sure to give them a fair trial before committing.

Cute shoe but not extremely comfortable -
This shoe is very cute. I love the pink and green plaid. My only gripe is that the inside of the shoe has a very rubbery feel. I don't plan on taking any long walks in San Francisco with them on, but I can survive walking to the bus stop.

Cuteness hurts -
Although I love the look of these shoes, I have to say that they HURT the first time I wore them. They are a bit stiff so they cut into your feet as you walk (even though they "fit" perfectly). I haven't worn them again, but hopefully the next time will be a less painful experience.

Fun and cute in the mint plaid -
This shoe is so cute in the mint plaid. I wanted a casual ballerina flat that would go with jeans or skirts and this is perfect. I wear between a five and 5 1/2 and the 5 1/2 was fine. I think the solid colors are a bit boring, but I like all the prints.

I recently bought a pair of the pink plaid shoes and I love them! They are not the most comfortable at first, but they are the only pair of flats that I have found that fit my feet. They do become more comfortable after a while. Just don’t wear them out on the first day you buy them if you plan on being somewhere that involves a lot of walking around. Great shoe.

These shoes are so cute! I got them in pink, and I absolutely love them. They don't provide much support, but for a ballet flat they're pretty comfy.

Super cute! Very flat, not the most comfortable.
I got these shoes in the mint plaid color and have gotten so many compliments. However there is no arch support so they are not the most comfortable, but I'm sure if I buy an insole they will be just fine!

I recently bought the Report Butterfly (which I love) so I thought these would fit the same way, but the leather doesn't stretch as much I would like it to. It's cute, but doesn't look great if you have wide feet (like me). My right foot is almost 1/2 size bigger than my left, so my left shoe is too big and my right fits, but it's a bit snug around the front, and starts to hurt my foot after a few hours. Not the best summer shoe, either. I would recommend the black Report Butterfly.

Nice cute shoe -
This is a great cute flat shoe that is super cute. The midsection of it seemed a little wide, but not bad enough to send them back. They were moderately comfortable when worn out for an entire night, they could use an insert though, just b/c they were so flat it was kind of like standing barefoot all night. But overall they were cute and will probably become a regular shoe for me.

The comfort debate -
After reading the mixed reviews about the comfort of this, I was concerned about my purchase. I really wanted a pair of ballerina-looking flats. But, I'm a teacher and on my feet all day. I needed a shoe that was moderately comfortable and had adequate arch support. I've only worn the shoes once but, I'm pleased. These shoes fit well (they are narrower than I expected but, my foot is slightly narrower than a medium). The arch support is not excellent but is adequate. I expect these shoes to serve me well.

I rarely ever find a pair of shoes that i just never want to wear again... but these would definitely fit in that category. I bought them because they were so cute and I thought they would really dress up a plain outfit. However, after one hour of wearing them my feet were dying. The back cuts into the back of your heels and the top of the toe part pinches. It basically feels like cardboard is on your feet. I’m either gonna bang the shoes against the wall a bunch of times in hopes that they will soften up, or sell them or something, cause OW.

Love them love them love them... I only wish they came in more colors!!! They are absolutely perfect for my needs. My husband always told me, "if you find a shoe that fits, is to your liking and looks good, buy one in every color. Buy two if you want." so that's what I do. He told me I could, so I do. Can I get them in pink?

I suffer from tumors in the ball of my foot and needed a flat, comfortable show to wear to church. When I bought the Report Blushing I was very pleased in the fit and style. There is a cushion innersole and the rubber outsole even gives me extra cushion when I walk. For anyone with wide feet but narrow heels this is a perfect shoe. The style is what attracted me. It is not the typical ballerina flat style. I like the rounded left at the toe. The sweet but not over flashy bow at the toe gives this shoe style and class.

Great flat -
This is a great flat for work or every day wear. It really hugs your foot and makes my feet look smaller than they are. The heel rubbed a little at first, but I expected that with a flat. All around, a very cute chic flat.

At Last - a gray shoe!
Very nice flats that I can wear to work! Stylish, dressy and fairly comfortable. Run a little large, but not too bad.

Awesome customer service at Zappos! I love the look of these, but after wearing them around the house briefly, it started to really hurt at the edge of the toe box. I'm hoping they will get a little more comfortable with wear.
