I don't know how this works, but it does -
I found a pair of these yesterday. They are marked a wide width. They fit my foot. I am an AA width...Mismarked? I have never considered there would be such a possibility with this brand shoe, but I don't mind...I am not so sure about the trim on the toe and how it is going to go with my clothes, but the feel of the shoe is good, and the heel is pretty and still a reasonable height.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Vaneli. It is a size 11.5 narrow thing.

Amazing shoes!
I've purchased lots of shoes from SW and I never get disappointed! This shoe is amazing! Comfortable, good quality and I only get compliments from it! The heels are perfect and very comfortable! What else can you ask for in a shoe that is already perfect!

Stuart Weitzman really knows how to make a shoe! Really pretty and very comfortable. This shoe fits like a glove. Great to have some lower heel options!

I purchased this pump in a 6 W but it didn't fit due to the narrowness of the toe area and my width. Was considering going up another size but decided not to; instead I ordered another Stuart Weitzman style and hope it fits. It is a nice looking pump.

Stuart Weitzman rarely disappoints!
These Stuart Weitzman dress shoes are sleek and tailored-looking with a comfortable-height heel. Above the buckle there is a v-shaped notch to allow for comfort when the foot is bent; it's one of the few shoes I've owned with hardware where the buckle doesn't dig into my foot when I walk. I bought the 8.5 narrow and it fits perfectly. Stuart Weitzman must have great quality control; I am always the same size in their shoes, regardless of style.
