The clasp - I have a bag similar to this and was very disappointed. The part that the latch slips into came off and I do not know where or how to have it fixed. Never found the part that came off!

Other brands recommended by reviewer: I love this designer and have several of his bags but this type was a disappointment

	Just in case you weren't feeling the love today, I wanted to let you know that my friends and I are crazy about Zappos. We shop, we order, we get as close to instant gratification as is humanly possible - getting boxes of shoes in the office is a nice break for all of us!
