Asolo Morgan - Poor arch support in an Asolo shoe is a contradiction of their previously purchased shoes. Not recommended for flatter feet. Great appearance.

	I have actually been telling everyone I know about Zappos, as I have never in my life experienced such outstanding service – and I am someone who pays attention to such things. I also find your two-way free shipping policy phenomenal, and it is the sole reason I was willing to try buying shoes online – something I would never have thought to do in a million years. I only wish you had the same policy for Canadian customers (which I am), as I have had to have visiting friends and family bring up the shoes for me. In addition to your incredible free shipping policy, I also had one of your service reps stay on the phone with me for a very long time trying to help me pick out a shoe that might work for me for this special event I have to go to.
