My first Asolo boot - I loved the ease of getting this boot on. I am a true 7B and it was a breeze putting them on over my high arch with a medium weight sock. A little stiff around the top but I believe they will be fine after a little break-in. Moderate arch support but I can easily put an arch support in. Warm and toasty.

	I could write a novel about my experience with Zappos. Great selection of 8.5AA or narrow. Your Customer Service Reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I find the shoe(s) I want to order on my computer, and phone to place the order. It is much easier for me to place my order over the phone instead of using the "Shopping Cart." I ordered a pair of shoes, they didn't fit, phoned your company, they told me how to return the shoes, and the next day the new size was delivered before I returned the shoes that didn't fit. The convenience of ordering shoes and speaking with a "real person" is very rare these days. I no longer have to go to stores trying to find an AA/Narrow. No one seems to carry them anymore. I give Zappos 10 gold stars!
