I originally bought this for my son who is away at college. His foot is wide; they didn't fit right, so I got them back for a return. But then my other son saw them and snapped them up. They haven't left his feet (except when he leaves home) for a month. He loves them, finds them cozy and comfy.

I purchased these Tent Mules as I needed slippers around the house but also like to go backpacking. These fill both needs as they're plenty comfortable around the house and also are great once I get into camp after a long hike. They're a lot easier to put on and off than my hiking boots. Some of the feathers fall out occasionally, but apart from that these have been great. They're just like little sleeping bags for your feet!

Another happy customer -
What I like most about buying from Zappos is "what you see is what you get." The online pictures represent the product exactly and make decision making much easier. The North Face Slipper is exactly what I was looking for. Light weight, warm and comfy. Thanks again Zappos for a job well done.

Love my first pair of slippers -
Never was a slipper person until moving into a house with mostly hard surface flooring. Combine flooring with cold winter and wearing socks just doesn't cut-it, in come slippers. The North Face slippers use material equal to high end sleeping bags, and I love getting into sleeping bags. They are not a walking shoe but offer enough support for a slipper. The goose down will come out, one little feather occasionally. The goose down is not a problem but if you have had a goose down coat you know what I mean with the down sneaks out.

Slipper heaven -
Real comfortable. I normally have sweaty feet, and was concerned with that with these slippers, but have not had that problem at all. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely not a cheap purchase, but satisfied nonetheless.

Tent Mules -
These are warm and comfortable. Easy to slip on and off and are worth the money.

Warm feet -
If you want warm feet, this will do it. The down side is that it is short in the back, and if you don't have socks or long underwear on, your lower leg will feel kind of cold...but your feet are toasty warm! I don't use it camping, but in the house. I had to go for the larger size. I am usually an 8EE.

Tent Slipper -
The slippers are comfortable and very warm. Maybe too warm. One problem I have noticed is they create a lot of static electricity. Every time I touch the light switch or someone else I get shocked.

Serves its purpose -
These indoor/outdoor slippers are very warm and should be worn with a pair of cotton socks for optimum warmth and comfort.

Love these slippers!
I bought them for my boyfriend for the long Chicago winters, and he absolutely adores them (as do I, I steal them a lot). They are super warm, and have a firm sole, so you can run outside to grab the mail or things like that. Highly recommended!

Great for the outdoors -
I really liked these shoes but I bought them to wear around the house and maybe on short errands on casual days. They are really comfy and warm. But they are clearly made for the outdoors (the sole especially) and not for indoor wear. I'm returning them and looking for something more appropriate. I also got a medium, I wear a size 9 or 9.5, and it felt pretty big.

Comfortable slipper but I should have got the higher version. I am a mens 9 and the mediums are actually a little big.

Lightweight and Warm -
I bought these in camouflage for my 9 year old grandson and he loves them. They are lightweight, warm, and comfortable. So glad I found the Zappos website! I am amazed at the fast and free shipping, what more could you want, thanks Zappos.

I bought these shoes after reading that they were highly recommended for people with plantar fascitiis. The insoles were thin, very disappointed in that. I did order a 1/2 size bigger to accommodate my orthotics, maybe I was hoping for a miracle, but there was absolutely no relief with wearing them. I'm a waitress and I walk approximately 7 miles a day, within the first hour my foot was hurting bad. With how much they cost they are not worth it at all. If I could return them I would, but I did continue to use them at work hoping that after awhile they would help. NOPE!

I bought these slippers as a gift; they are very well made and extremely warm. However they run small. A large says it fits 10-11.5 and were too small for someone who usually wears an 11. Had to exchange for XL.

A great slipper and warm as toast!!
These slippers are well made and are perfect for the gentleman who finds that his toes are occasionally cold. Like most North Face products, they are well made and attractive!

Lightweight and warm -
These have quickly become my favorite slippers. They are very light and warm. Don't expect any arch support. The sole is perfectly flat. These aren't for doing much walking in. I wear a 9 1/2 men's medium. As these are sized, I needed to get the larger size for a comfortable fit.

Very warm and comfy -
These slippers are very comfortable and have sturdy bottoms. The lining is so soft. The only thing I did not like, they are very wide.

Comfy house shoes -
Good to wear around the house, not much of a camper, keeps my toes warm.

 | | Dear Zappos Customer Service People, I just wanted to let you know that I think you are the best company to deal with, bar none! I just got off the phone with one of your customer service agents, and she was unfailingly helpful and nice. That's in addition to your great online service and quick shipping, and your great selection of shoes. I have a size 16-17, and it is very hard for me to find shoes anywhere, even on many online stores. You guys do a great job, and I appreciate you. Best wishes, Bill P. | | ~ Bill P., October 19 2009
