Cute and Comfy Boot -
I think what is so nice about these is that my heel is not on an incline, but rather sits on a level area that begins to slope from a point more forward than most shoes. So the weight of my feet remains more on the heel than on the ball or toes. The dark gray is a fab color and they are comfy, but I could not get the right size (seem to run long and narrow (I usually wear a 7 but the 6.5W fits well) and many sizes are out of stock). Love that they are synthetic. The style is just right.

Very cute -
Very cute boot, but the ankle/leg opening is too wide. Gives a bit of an "off balance" feeling. I have wide feet and needed a soft, wide boot. These fit the bill!

Great, but...
These shoes are great, but I had to return the first pair I purchased because plastic pieces were rattling around in the hollow heels. Whenever walked, it sounded like I had rocks in my shoes! It was ridiculous and embarrassing, but when I called Zappos and explained, I had a new pair in two days!! What a great company!

Great fit, great style!
I just got these boots and am wearing them for the first time today. I love them. They're cute and comfortable, and the width is just right.
I gave them only 4 stars for comfort because like one reviewer said before me, there's not much ankle support. But all the other positive points of the shoe make this a great choice regardless of that.

This boot is comfortable to walk in and very cushioned on the bottom. It does not offer any ankle support so if you are unsteady, do not buy these. In my left shoe, there is a wire sticking out by my big toe which has caused some discomfort. But overall, for being on my feet all day, these are comfortable.

Just not wide enough -
I love the look of the shoe and everyone I showed them to did also. Unfortunately, I could barely fit my foot through the arch of the shoe and when I did it was so tight it was miserable. Surprisingly, the widest part of my foot where my bunions are fit nicely in the toe portion. I had to return them.

Just purchased these boots and am so very pleased with the fit and the style. I bought a half size larger to be able to wear socks. They are light weight and flexible. I put them on and wore them all day with no discomfort at all. Thanks again Zappos!

Heel is critical -
Adorable shoe I hated to have to return. The fit was excellent in terms of size and width, but the high heel felt awfully high, much higher than the picture would suggest. The heel is substantial then drops off toward the front of the shoe, and the forward edge of it created uncomfortable pressure at the ball of my foot. The stretchy slip-on material was very comfy, and the style was so cute, I'm sorry it had to go back. But thank you, Zappos, for being the best shoe place on the planet!

Love them!
I love these shoes. I bought them in black and they are very comfortable. I love the wedge heel on them and they go great with anything! The only thing that is weird about this shoe, is that when you walk something is jiggling inside the heel. I wish I would have noticed this before I wore them outside, but I still love them. Perfect for winter!

I love these boots!
I bought the taupe fabric boots. I love the color and feel. I was a little apprehensive about wearing them for the first time to my mother's home for Christmas. The boots felt fine all day! No blisters like other brand new shoes produce from being too stiff or needing to be broken in before wearing them for a long time. They felt great and I received many compliments on the style. These are very cute!!
These are not terribly comfortable but I kept them any way because they are so cute. I stand on my feet all day and am not smiling at the end of the day. I will probably just wear them on my days off! Also they slip off the back. I have a narrow foot and would like them a little narrower in the heel.

Comfy but no ankle support -
I'm used to my boots giving me at least some ankle support, so I was surprised to find how floppy at the top this pair is - there's gotta be at least a quarter inch gap between the inside of the shank at the top and my leg. It doesn't feel like you're wearing a boot - more like a clog or mule shoe. The platform heel though is nice; the color is the same as the rest of the shoe so it blends together, and provides excellent support. I'm a little worried about how the suede will stand up to the snowy, slushy, messy weather where I live, but there's a lining on the inside around the bottom half of the shoe that adds extra protection.

I bought these in an 8N. They are very cute, but not snug enough for me. I thought of keeping them and adding my own padding, but doubt I would get enough wear out of them to make that worth while. I will probably return them.

Gorgeous boot -
I ordered this boot at 9pm on December 23rd. I was in the shower this morning (less than 12 hours later!) when it arrived! The pictures don't do it justice, this is a beauty and so elegant. I ordered it 1/2 size bigger so I could wear socks with it (my feet get cold) and it's perfect!

This is a really comfy shoe, but my heel slipped a lot so I sent these back. Not sure if a different size would have helped or not.
