Very cozy comfy...
Got this jacket in the brown, I love how fuzzy comfy the hood and overall feel of the jacket is. I agree that the jacket seems to have a very structured look to it on the mannequin that the coat actually very much lacks in person. I don't mind too much, but what's strange to me is that I got a large, and it's pretty much only slightly roomy throughout the torso (not a problem since I live in a city with unpredictable weather where layering is our MO), but the shoulders and sleeves are definitely big. Being almost 5'8", this definitely surprised me. This aside, I still think it's cute, comfy, and looks good as a casual jacket, and will definitely keep & wear it. Thanks, Zappos!

Nice jacket but...
Maybe it's just me but the sleeves on this jacket seemed a bit snug, especially on the shoulders. The rest of the jacket was not as form fitting as the photo makes it seem. I really did like the jacket in the photo but not when I tried it on.

Very cute coat with an unflattering fit.
This looked so cute online and even with the multi-angle views on this site, I was confident it would fit well on me. Sadly no...it's more in the realm of junior sizing where the hips are more fitted than the shoulders, and the overall measurements are long and lean. I couldn't button the jacket even with a size L (I usually wear 10/12). I was also disappointed that the coat didn't have any lining to it. The only part of the coat that I love is the animal print fur-lined hood which is very soft and lush.

 |  | You guys are incredible. I remarkably, today, received my second pair of shoes within 2 weeks and they both fit. Service was above and beyond what I would have normally expected from any store, let alone a mail order or online store. Your people are very friendly, what must you pay to get folks to perform like that? Hey, BTW I am difficult to fit and extremely hard to please. Keep up the fantastic work.
