They are very beautiful and simple, with a low heel height that I wanted. I would have kept them but for two things: they did not have a removable insole and I need more arch support (the arch support in this boot is fine, but I have very high arches) and the back of the boot hit the back of my calves when I walked. They weren't tight in the calves, but just stiff. I read the reviews that advised ordering a half size down, so I did and they fit perfectly. I bought the Justin Ballerina in the same size and they were more comfortable.

Work boot -
I purchased these to wear on the construction site for building our mountain house. Took them out of the box and put them on - I wear a size 7 and they fit true to size, the heel is a little loose (minor and can fix with inserts), but the toe box and length are perfect.

Riding boot -
I was looking for a riding boot for my daughter and didn't want to spend too much money since her foot is still growing. This was a reasonably priced boot with a good heel and sole for riding. Comfortable and good looking. I took the advice of others and ordered a half size down and it was just right.

My size is 8, or 8.5 in Dress shoes. These boots were a half size larger than marked. I ordered 8, and I had to send them back and order 7.5. I love them, and I am looking forward to get another pair from Justin. And I am always happy with Zappos. Thanks for saving my time!!

So pleased with my purchase!!!!!!
These boots are great! I have a high in-step and "almost" narrow foot...right out of the box they slid on comfortably and feel true-to-length. As I break them in and they get looser, I expect to need inserts and arch supports of some kind, but I'm used to this issue and have learned to adjust. Great boots! Love 'em! My new favorite "everyday" boots!!!!
