This is my second pair of Simple Satire sneakers. They are cute with jeans, capris, and shorts. They are funky, good for the planet, and offer more instep support than Converse. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Comfy and eco friendly -
I love the shoes; they are uber comfortable and very cute. They make even my large-ish size 9 feet look smaller! Normally though I wear an 8.5 and in this case I chose to spring for the size 9 and they fit perfectly, so if you're usually between two sizes, order the larger one.

Cute, but not for walking long distances -
These are very cute shoes. I love the lavender laces to liven up the neutral hemp. Unfortunately, these aren't the most comfortable shoes. I had the same impression many other reviewers did when I first put them on--the footbeds are really soft and squooshy. This was really appealing. The rest of the shoes were comfortable, and it didn't feel like they would need break-in time. But then I wore them outside on pavement for a few hours. Yikes. Turns out under that comfy, slipper-like footbed there is NO support. My feet were aching after walking around town. I'm keeping them, because they are very cute, versatile shoes. I can wear them to work where I'm not on my feet all day, but these aren't the all-day walking around town shoes I hoped they'd be.

These shoes rock! Super comfortable and so cute on. True to size. I am going to buy these in at least two other colors. Great for summer sneakers! Another great shoe from the simple brand.

Great shoes, comfortable and cute. The only problem is that they size large - I normally wear size 10, but in these shoes could probably have gone for a 9. That said, they're still very comfortable, and hey, this is Calgary - I can wear huge thick winter socks with these, no problem!

These shoes are so comfortable and cute! A little change from a sneaker to a tie shoe with style. It doesn't hurt that they are made with recycled and natural fibers. Just doing my part.

I bought these because I wanted guilt-free footwear that would be cute with my big pregnant-lady cargo pants this summer, and they have been good so far. The width at the toes is great, and they don't dig into my heels. I think they're cute, but they do look pretty darned wide (kind of like giant kids shoes). My feet got sore after walking city sidewalks for about three hours, so I wouldn't recommend them for long days on your feet. But overall, I'm happy with them.

I got these in the cub color and they are adorable!! They’re very true to size, super cozy and green. They’re great =D Zappos was awesome, too. The free shipping was next day! I’ll definitely buy simple and from Zappos again.

I bought this shoe because I appreciate the company's desire to make green footwear. Appearance is a 10. It’s funky and retro and I always feel good about wearing them. The shoe is well constructed, and I think it will last a long time. However, the sole takes a lot of getting used to. There is no arch support at all, and the sole itself is nothing more than a thin layer of rubber. It is more like the "barefoot" shoes that are being sold than the ultra-supportive sneakers most people are used to. The barefoot feel takes some getting used to. The first couple of times I wore the shoe I was pretty uncomfortable, but as I continued to wear it, the sole became more flexible and my feet adjusted to the new feel. I am now happy with the shoe, but it did take some time.

Awesome - Well worth the money!
I am vegan, so when I found this shoe I thought it was perfect! The price for a pair of shoes is really not bad at all, considering they are made of almost 100% sustainable materials (hemp, old car tires, bamboo, cork, etc.). They are super comfortable and cute. I also like that the shoes are different than other sneakers- they are special :) I will definitely buy Simple Shoes again. I HIGHLY recommend this product :D

These shoes are wearing very well. They are cute and come with the colored laces and regular white ones in case you want to swap out. Feel good about caring for the planet in style.

I love Simple!
This is my 3rd pair of Simple shoes and I love them. The only thing I don't like is that they do not offer a narrower size. I have to cinch each shoe to correctly fit my feet which causes a buckling of the look, but having said that, I still love them. They are my favorite shoe. In fact, I wear them with my dress clothes, even at the age of 57.

I love this shoe, it’s the only company out there making 100% sustainable shoes, the price is great, and the comfort is wonderful. One thing to note is that you will need to purchase 1/2-1 size larger than your regular shoe size.
I can't say enough good things about this shoe.

The simple satire is a cute, cute shoe, but definitely only for looks! It is not very cushy or comfy, in fact you feel like your heel is sloping back. I put an insert under the insert that came with the shoe and that seems to help. This is my 3rd pair of Simples, while not so comfy, they sure look cute.

Not for big feet -
I was so disappointed when I tried these shoes on. Although it's a great concept, they make my size 11 feet look like boats. The shoe has very little structure on the sides so it takes on an oval shape that is quite unflattering. However, the shoe seemed to be very well constructed and was instantly comfortable; in light of this, I will definitely try other Simple shoe styles.

I got these shoes in the mail yesterday and I did not want to take them off after I tried them on! They are so comfortable...like I have owned them for years. They are really cute too, and not over popular like converse and other brands.

I bought these shoes in rabbit because they were so fun looking. And they are just as fun looking in person. When I get comments on them, I let the person know they are also "vegan" shoes. Some think that's cool, others wrinkle their nose and roll their eyes; but so far everyone thinks they are cute. Comfortable for short distances, but they have no arch support so I wouldn't expect them to be a comfortable walking shoe.

Fit for Feet...and CUTE!!
This was the original Simple shoe I purchased last year. I liked it so much that I bought another pair on sale this year for this summer's wear. Simple shoes are fantastic! The recycled aspect is easy on the conscience. The "cute factor" is very high! This is a very tame fabric and style and I still get comments about how cute they look on my feet! I have a collection of Simple shoes...many have zingy fabrics and colors...and I always have someone comment about their uniqueness. And the comfort level is very high! They seem true to size, there is a modest arch support, and they hold up very well. I would recommend them highly...they are different enough to be noticed, and comfortable enough to wear every day!

I'm on my second pair of these shoes. I never feel like wearing any other shoes when I have the option of wearing these. They are a summer staple!
