These boots were purchased for my daughter, for a 10-day trip to Europe. They were very nice looking boots, and very light weight! Cushioning in the sole and arch support would have made them perfect. She could only last through a half day of walking in these boots.

Great looking boots!
I love the look, comfort and weight of these boots! I ordered a full size larger than usual to accommodate two pair of socks for the very cold winters where I live which turned out to be perfect! However, while they weigh very little, there is no real arch support to speak of.

Expensive Shoe for the Quality -
I recently had foot surgery on both feet. I'm still dealing with swelling so I needed WW, soft comfy, and flat without the expense of UGG's. First I ordered my shoe size 9, in the WW. I was almost walking out of them so I exchanged for 8 1/2WW. They fit perfect, and are soft and comfortable to get me through. However, I'm disappointed in the quality and the workmanship. Whatever the suede is it's the lowest grade, there is NO arch support inside the shoe, and the gel heel, well that is just a fancy Fitzwell label which does absolutely nothing in the way of cushioning. Can't say it's worth the price, but it serves my purpose, and probably about as long as they'll last wear wise.
I absolutely love Zappos. They're the best at customer service, shipping, selection! I ordered these after 1pm pst and I still received them by the next afternoon! AWESOME! I always shop shoes at ZAPPOS!

Looks good but not particularly comfortable. Very lightweight, but I didn't feel the shoe "mold" to my foot like with other suede shoes. Soles are slick!

A great casual boot -
A very light weight, comfortable boot. I've been very happy with all Fitzwell styles that I have purchased. Probably not the most well made shoes around, but it's hard for me to find many fashionable styles in a 14 2E. Overall, I am very happy with them.

Light as a feather -
These are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever worn. They are very light weight and the softness of the suede uppers makes it feel as though you're almost not wearing shoes. They look great with pants.

Good looking lightweight boots -
These boots are so light that you can hardly feel them on your feet. They are generous in their fit. There is not much support, but you can always put an arch support in if you need one. They are cute with jeans or a long skirt. I would like to get the brown when it becomes available.

Overall, loved them!
My first thought was...they are Legolas' boots! When I picked them up I noticed how very light they are. Then I looked closer and thought they were--no way extra wide. When I tried them on, they fit beautifully. My only complaint was that they needed more padding underfoot, so I added a memory foam pad and they were then PERFECT! I am thinking about getting them in another color.

Black Suede Boots -
As predicted by their name, these black suede boots FIT WELL. They're the lightest boots I've ever worn, and they look good, too.

so cute, so cheap -
I was so excited to find these boots (especially in a large size) but they are really cheaply made...as in the footbed is like sloppily sewn in and they feel like the bottom is made of styrofoam. Not worth the money, for sure! Also, the gel-heel is a gimmick! I'm returning them.

Very poor quality -
First of all the dye from the shoe coloring nearly knocked me off my feet when I first took them out of the box. Ther brown looked like it had a purple hue, too. While they did fit and were comfortable (literally like wearing a slipper)- the quality of materials was really bad. The leather/suede was so thin, the sole was as if nothing was there between you and the ground. I think my feet would freeze in these and they were really ugly in person. Much cuter in the pix.

 |  | I don't know who to thank for this process, but it was unbelievable! I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife one day. The next day they arrived... that night she tried them on and decided she needed a 1/2 size larger. I forgot to bring them to work the following day, but the next day I brought them here and called in the exchange. The representative (who was absolutely fantastic (but whose name I have sadly forgot n)) e-mailed me a return slip and shipped out the correct pair of shoes that arrived THE NEXT DAY!!! Which my wife really appreciated. To say we just became loyal customers is an understatement... even more impressive when you consider my wife is a Podiatrist! Thanks again! Chuck
