Leather should be described as "patent"
I bought the Ecru color. View doesn't show it, but leather is very shiny, like a patent leather, although it is "tumbled". Very comfortable; heel is squared inside, so a bit wide. Cute on, and I would order again.

I didn't realize that the shoe was made of a shiny pebbled leather. I would have preferred it to be the regular matte look. But I kept it anyway because the gray color goes with a lot of things. I need to add an arch support for it to work for me.

I love this shoe!
I wanted a yellow loafer and liked the look of this one online. It is so much cuter in person and it is extremely comfortable. I have feet that are just a little bit wide, so wide widths are too big but sometimes shoes that are made narrow are not comfortable. These are perfect; I will buy Frye shoes again.

Really comfortable right from the start for a little flat. I will be wearing these all summer. Frye makes excellent shoes and boots and these are no exception, very cute.

Mila Harness Moc -
Although it was a bit of a splurge, I fell in love with Frye's Mila Harness Moc and had to have a pair. They arrived promptly from Zappos, as always, and look even better in person than they do online. I purchased the Cognac color and they can easily be dressed up or down. They look great with jeans in particular. The footbed is cushioned and the leather is super soft. This shoe is a bit tight over the top of my foot and leaves a red mark after extended periods of wear, but I'm hoping this will lessen as I wear it more and the leather stretches a bit. Overall, this is a classic-looking high quality shoe. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great shoe. I bought it in yellow patent--what a great color. I usually wear a 7 1/2 med. I bought this in a 7 M and they fit very comfortably. Love this shoe.

Super cute shoe. I bought it in poppy, in a 7.5, which was too large. I exchanged the pair for a 7, hopefully that will fit better! There is a small area right under the buckle that might rub, but hopefully with wear this stops.

Overall this is a cute shoe. They are comfortable and I like the patent effect of the leather. There is one spot on my shoe, the inside underneath the buckle that rubs my foot, but since the shoe is leather, it is easing with wear.

Cute shoe that goes perfect with jeans and casual pants. I really like the cognac color; it's been hard to find one with style. It felt a bit wide and would be perfect with more arch support. It did not need breaking in.

I have ordered 2 pair of Frye shoes from Zappos. Both have been the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I always thought of Frye as only a boot brand, but their shoes are awesome too!

Love the shoe, BUT it’s a bit wider than expected.
I received the shoe and instantly loved it. I knew it would become my "Go-to" shoe. A few days passed and I noticed it started to gap around the sides of the arch area. It didn't stay fitted to the sides of my foot. Other than that, great shoe. It's comfortable and stylish which is hard when you wear a size 11 and have flat feet. But Frye managed to do it!

This shoe is very smart looking - works with jeans, and dress pants. The poppy is really a pretty red and I have one in the cognac color as well!
