Love these!
These are so great looking! The color name (Taupe Patent) is not accurate - it doesn't have the grey/brown in a typical "taupe" - but the picture is dead-on. Note that these run small! The Size 8 is VERY tight. Am going to return and try the 8.5 or maybe even size 9.

Attractive, stylish and comfortable -
I thought the buckle would be too much, it is not. The shoe has a nice shape on the foot, and is very comfortable. Looks nice with slacks or a skirt. I bought birch and black suede. You can wear either year round. Great work shoe to update an outfit.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe!
I've gotten so many compliments on this shoe! I have it in black, taupe and birch (which is actually a very light grey/green and goes perfectly with a suit I had!) The first day I had the black, I had to wear it all day to a funeral and wake. My feet were a little sore, but when I next wore them, the toe box had stretched perfectly. I wear a 5 1/2 in pumps and got a 5 1/2 which was fine.

I love my shoe. It looks just like the picture. It's true to size and it’s just wonderful. The only thing is I need a narrow instead of the medium that's my fault, but overall I love my shoe.

Really sexy shoes...
These shoes are extremely adorable. I was a little concerned when I opened the box and noticed that the suede had attracted quite a bit of lint, but I brushed it off and didn't really have any problems with it afterwards (until my cats decided they wanted to rub against them). They are also surprisingly comfortable for the heel height. Definitely a keeper!

My wife choose these shoes and she was very disappointed about the size; really felt a full size larger than marked...so her sister was happy to received such a beautiful present! Anyway, the shoes are very very beautiful (she buy a grey colour in patent leather).

 |  | Zappos Customer Service: I just want to say that I have been a customer for a little while now purchasing my running shoes with you. And although I just placed my order yesterday, I know that with your consistency, they will arrive when you say they will (1 day shipping = today!). However, I ventured out onto another website a few weeks ago to purchase my shoes at a lower price and they indicated I would receive them between April 1-4, I never got them. I also never got a notice that they were out of stock or delayed. I sent them an email yesterday and canceled my order with them and notified them that I was going back to Zappos.com who I know will send me my shoes on time. I also indicated the importance of on-time delivery because I am using these shoes to train for a marathon. They responded that if I want to spend more money, I can go to Zappos... at which point, I notified them that my knees are worth the extra money... and to me, so is good customer service.
