Very adorable shoes. Looks great with jeans, warm and comfy. Downfall - side support in the shoe is really bad. My foot always twists in these and I trip and almost fall a lot. It is as if you turn a certain way and the shoe collapses. Next time I will invest in something with more support. I can walk better in my regular high heels.

Got this for my husband. I wanted to get him a backpack as shoulder laptops bags can start to strain your shoulder if you need to carry them for any extended period of time. He has been thrilled with this bag. The storage space is good - holds the A/C adapter, mouse, pens, notebook, other business supplies.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
