Gorgeous boots, but not quite right -
I have to agree with NYC, they are beautiful boots; but were missing in a few areas. The cherry color is striking, peeking out from a pair of dark jeans. I love the detail on the boot, but it's not visible with jeans on, and the boots were too bulky on my narrow calves and ankles for a skirt. I have a cheap, synthetic pair of boots in the same color that give me the same effect with pants and looks better with a skirt. So it breaks my heart to do it, but I have to send them back.
On fit, I am normally a size 6 wide, or 6 1/2 to 7 in normal widths. I ordered size 6 in these. They felt a little tight when I first put them on, but quickly molded to my feet. I hate loose boots that slip around on my feet, so I suggest going with your normal size, unless you like thick socks or don't mind loose boots.
If these boots fit your legs better than mine, I'm sure you'll love them. They are sure to get lots of compliments, as well as imposing feelings of jealousy. But for me, I went with a pair of the Short Harness boots and the Mildred engineers, both in size 6, and both feel great.

Classics -
These have quickly become my favorite footwear as I have worn them almost every day since they arrived overnight from Zappos. I wear them with both dresses and jeans. I have very hard-to-fit wide feet and yet they fit perfectly. They are also beautiful, I get lots of compliments. I highly recommend them.

At the risk of oversimplification, BIG GRIN. I LOVE these boots. The quality is excellent, the fit is perfect, they are gorgeous, and they suit me perfectly.

Close, but no cigar -
The boot is fabulous- the leather, and height, everything, except I felt the buckle was slightly too big making it look like I had kankles. And the actual boot hit my calf at the widest part making my legs look bigger than they are.

The HOTTEST boots ever! Easily broken in by wearing around the house a few times. Comfortable and stylish! My first Frye’s, won't be my last! The cherry color is awesome too.

 |  | I have used Zappos for years, but today after ordering my weekly pair of shoes, I was really bored so I decided to take a tour around your website. I visited the "blogs" tab and it was so refreshing. I heard that Zappos was a great place to work; had good group or team cohesion and the employees all were dedicated. The blogs really show that team spirit and dedication as well as the humor that helps run the company. This has to come from the top of the organization and obviously the one at the top knows how to motivate the work force in the right way.
The core values everyone speaks of obviously are felt and not just memorized. I am even more impressed with Zappos now than I was before. I thought you just did a really good job of shipping like lightening and processing my returns the same way. Now I know why all of that works so well. Everyone obviously likes their job or at least their company. It Shows!
I used to live in Dallas, Texas, but 7 years ago we moved to the boon docks 2 hours away so the internet has become my North Park Shopping Center and Zappos is at the top of my shopping list. The only problem I have - your boxes are so recognizable I can't fool my husband any more!
