My kid likes these shoes. They fit fine; they're good for running around. Not as stylish as he would like, but good all around.

Nike's Air Alvord V -
The Nike's Air Alvord V is well made and functions very well as a trail running shoe. The shoe is cushioned well, supportive, and is not too heavy. While comfortable, the toe box seems a little narrow. This won't cause any discomfort, unless you are wearing heavy socks. The toe box room is fine with medium to light socks. I found the size and the width to be true. The shoe has excellent traction in the snow, as well on slippery wet surfaces. While being made for the trails, the shoe is equally adapted to hard surfaces, such as the roadway. All in all this is a good, rugged shoe that will take some abuse. As always, you can't go wrong shopping with Zappos. 100% customer satisfaction is their only desire.

Great shoe for the price. Very comfortable. Nike seems to run a bit smaller than other brands, though.

Fits great, providing excellent arch support for walking and running. I run 2 miles a day in this shoe and my feet feel great.

The sole of the shoe is a little bulky but this is the only negative. Great shoe.

Nice Pair from Nike -
I just bought this pair of shoes and I love using it! It is light weight. It is not of the best in comfort while running/walking/jogging since my feet get hot--lack of ventilation (although it is nice to have it for fall & winter season's outdoor workouts). The craftsmanship and aesthetics are great. This shoe is great for a neutral to mild pronator- this is very important to know... Note to self!
