Let me just say I cannot believe the service of Zappos, WOW! I ordered my daughter a pair of sneakers she wanted for her birthday from your company and after reading reviews, was concerned about the sizing. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who explained the exchange policy and checked the availability of a size up or down. I was also upgraded to VIP and overnight shipping. Well, when I went out the next morning, the Zappos box was already at my doorstep! I figure it took about 15 hours to receive this item! UNBELIEVABLE! I have already been spreading the word and will continue to do so. Your site will be my new “go to” site. I am so proud to see a company in the USA with such high standards of service.
