True to its name -
I love this shoe! I have it in both brown and black. It is unbelievably comfortable and looks great, too. I get compliments every time I wear it. I have numerous flats, but these are by far my favorite!

They’re beautiful! But the crystals fall off -
I loved these shoes and still do, but the crystals fall off under moderate use. If you only wear them a few times you'll probably be fine but who wants to do that? I am going to try to glue the crystals back on but naturally I have lost some so I won't be able to cover the whole top - which is a pity since that is one of the features of the design.

I ordered the red; these are my "Dorothy" shoes just like the Wizard of Oz! I love them! It is hard to find 10W in Stuart Weitzman that fit - this one runs true to size. PROBLEM...my husband is going to notice these are new shoes! Zappos is great, I love shopping online and getting designer shoes in my size. Returns are a flash! Thanks.

Irresistible -
Gorgeous little ballerina flats, got these for my cruise on the Queen Mary 2. They are so comfy and classy and have such sparkle. I plan to wear them with just about EVERYTHING.
And Zappos is the best. I tried several sizes before deciding and Zappos made it so easy to order and make returns. Kudos!!!

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us. While that may seem like a small thing to you, it was a HUGE thing to us and we were grateful beyond measure. Thank you for your kindness.
