	Just had to take the time to add my voice to the hundreds who truly appreciate your astounding quality of customer service. I have never paid for other than standard (read slow boat) shipping, and have also never failed to receive your deliveries the next day. I can order Sunday online at night, and the shoes will be there Monday before dinner, it’s astounding. All other companies should take their cue from you guys. Anyone who ever mentions Zappos to me adds, aren’t they amazing? CONGRATULATIONS. SERVICE LIKE THAT IS A COMMITMENT, NOT A COINCIDENCE. Kate
