These shoes are very comfortable. I have a 3E food and it is not easy to find shoes where my foot doesn't extend of the outer edges. I will probably use the buckle to tighten them a bit when they were in. I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy another pair and put them away for the future.

Great overall shoe. It is very comfortable. The shoe felt a little oversize so it's not quite as snug as I would like.

Husband is happy -
My husband has very wide, flat feet. I ordered accordingly - and he says these shoes are very comfortable. They look great with jeans. He wore them on an all-day shopping trip, and was no worse for the wear at the end of the day.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
