They were 100% gorgeous!!! I was sooo pleased with the look. I didn’t want to give these up for nothing ‘til I tried them on. I got the biggest size just in case (11W) and it still didn’t work! The length maybe would work, but not the width! I tried them on, they wouldn’t budge for nothin’ in this world! I tried moisturizing my foot more, still nothin’. If your foot is wide, don’t get these. They’re hot, but it’s only meant for narrow feet. The length doesn’t matter, the width is the real problem!

Little let down - Very sexy look!! I was shocked to see that the upper was man-made material and only the foot was leather! I ordered the wide and still had to stretch them some.

	Amazing service. We were unable to find the size we needed in our town and looked online. Zappos had it and we ordered. They sent me an email the next day saying they were upgrading my shipping to overnight, at no request of mine and at no extra cost. We received the shoes so fast and my son was ready for his first day at high school! Would order from them again in a heartbeat.
