Feel like slippers -
Very happy with these shoes. Soft leather and so comfortable and so many compliments on them. Can be worn with dressy clothes or more casual.

It looked nice until it was on my foot -
I had high hopes for this shoe based on the reviews and pictures. I was looking for a low heel with a comfortable, flexible toe box which the wrap-style seemed to hint. It was comfortable when I put it on and stood, no odd contours, pressure, or poking. I got them in three different sizes in black, one of them wide just in case. The size that fit didn't look good on my foot. Sort of like I'd wrapped my toes in a black fake leather bandage. I'll return all three and note that I wanted more flex from the sole since it was a flat.

Fun, cute, comfy shoes -
I love these shoes. I bought them in silver/gray and am waiting for the black ones to become available in my size. The back of the shoe needs a little breaking in so it doesn't rub so harshly against the back of your ankle, but a couple of wears & they are super soft.

Very cute. Comfortable until I walk then they rub in back (a little too stiff) I'm hoping with use they become more comfortable.

A beautiful shoe -
These just might be my favorite shoes. I ordered them in bronze. They are elegant, classic and slimming. Very comfortable, soft leather. Haven't pinched or rubbed anywhere. True to length, might run a little wide. I have a wide foot and often shoes are too narrow yet this fit perfectly right out of the box. I love these shoes and recommend them highly!

I really need a slim, but was able to get by with this shoe in a narrow. A bit loose but doable since slim shoes are so difficult to find!

I am pregnant and my feet are extremely swollen because of it. I never thought my feet could get any bigger than they already had been, with a pre-pregnancy size of 10W, but apparently I was wrong... Not a lot of shoes in 11WW are pretty, but these ones are, and they are completely work-appropriate, which was just what I was looking for. They are also comfortable, but when I first put them on, there was a small ridge in the sole of the shoe for the padding that was a bit irritating before my foot became accustomed to it. Minus one star for that. But, overall, it's the only pair of shoes that I own now that actually fit besides flip-flops, so that's a plus, right?

Tremendously Pleased -
This shoe is marvelous and I will be ordering more in different colors. It is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned and I also feel it doesn't look like a "comfort" shoe, but rather a stylish, modern shoe. It appears to run true to size, also. I am thrilled.

This shoe is comfortable in all respects but one - the back of the shoe is stiff and rubbed blisters on both feet. Fixable - but I don't usually have to do this with my shoes. The looks are great!

Had high hopes -
When I first put these on, I thought finally a cute pair of shoes I can wear a lot that are comfortable and go with everything. At first they felt great and I wore them a few times for just a little while. Then I made the mistake of wearing them on a trip to NYC where I did a lot of walking. The back of the shoe by the heel is too high and it rubbed my heels raw. I had blisters on both heels and I could barely walk by the time I got home. Really a shame since these are cute and otherwise comfortable in the rest of the shoe. Now I can only wear them for a little while and have to wear band aids on my heels to keep from rubbing.

I bought these in two widths. The extra wide is much too wide. And the wide is a bit snug. I'm hoping that they stretch. They are just so good looking! And wide shoes normally aren't! I will put an arch support in them.

Very cute, comfortable flat for summer -
This shoe is so comfortable. The open toe fits nicely, without cutting into my toe. These are almost like being barefoot, but so much cuter! Great walking shoe that will look great with skirts. Nice that they added a bit of suede in the ball of the foot, so no slipping.

I have wide feet and it can be difficult to find attractive and comfortable shoes that don't pinch. These shoes are very attractive on my foot and are actually wide enough. The footbed could use some padding and there was room to add a little arch support for more comfort. I would say this shoe runs a little bit large but because there is soft elastic in the heel area, there is no problem with slippage. I love this shoe and would certainly buy it again.

Like not wearing shoes -
I usually buy suede for something my feet have to endure for eight hours or more, but these were comfortable on the very first wearing. The style is versatile, they are dressed up enough to wear with a "lawyer" suit - but cute with pants. I'm thinking about buying another pair.

Shoes by this designer fit my foot very well and are quite comfortable since the first wearing. Since I have some foot problems this is quite unusual for me to be able to say.

Love this shoe!
This is a cute, stylish shoe. Very soft leather although not much arch support. I need to buy wide shoes and it is often difficult to find something that has some style to it. This shoe fits the bill.

Hard Heel -
I loved the width and depth of the toe box - I have wide feet with bunions. But I am sadly returning this shoe as the back side pitches in and rubs the sides of my heels. If this shoe were less expensive I would use moleskin or bandaids - maybe next time.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
