Gorgeous wedges! The leather (mushroom tejus) looks fantastic in person, it's not stiff, and these shoes are well made and exude quality. A bit heavy, but still comfortable, they elongate the leg and are great for a night out on the town! Love 'em!

Second pair is good!
First I ordered the mushroom tejus. The leather was just stiff and uncomfortable, my toes were crammed jammed. Awful. Plus I didn't like the mushroom tejus in person, so I returned them. I love the style, and something told me to try a different color. Guess what? The leather of the pewter distress is soft and supple and very comfortable. I love them! (Now) And the pewter distress is a very attractive sort of taupe color--looks terrific!

Beautiful -
Just received these shoes in the mail today (Zappos.com overnight shipped them free of charge). Although I have not worn them out yet, from just putting them on and walking around the house, I can see that they are extremely comfortable and beautiful shoes - definitely the cut will elongate legs. One thing I should warn is that the bronze-distressed with the natural cork color is a bit sparkly. I didn't see this in the picture. It is not offensive or tacky, but up close you can see a sparkle look. Still beautiful shoes and I'm very excited about them!

High Steppers!
Wow! This is a gorgeous shoe on the foot! Fits perfectly, as Pliner always does! So comfy for such a high shoe! Heel is actually 5" on my size 9's, not the 4" in description. Perfect look with so many things! Elongates the leg with the beautiful deep cut! Va Va Voom! ZAPPOS is THE BEST! Fastest shipping ever! Do they have magic elves working there?!

Gorgeous, but...
Shoes are absolutely stunning! This style goes with everything! The ONLY downside is that they are made heavy, so don't plan to walk long distances in them...

Great looking, but hard on the feet -
These shoes have a great look, but I had to add some padding to the ball of the foot which was as hard as a rock.

The shoes are awesome but these are couture so they run extremely small. I don't know why they are sized differently. I wear a size 7 and have to buy the couture in an 8 1/2.

Sexy night shoe -
These shoes are very flattering on the foot. They are very pretty. The heel is high but, because of the platform, you don't feel it as much. But - don't expect to go running in them! They are purely a dress shoe!

 |  | Dear Zappos - I felt compelled to write to you to tell you how much I admire that way you do business. My husband and I owned and operated our own business for over 25 years. We had 72 employees and over 250 outside sales reps and generated $50 millin in sales. We too concentrated on customer service which in turn provided valued customer loyalty. So I have some understanding of what you face on a daily basis. This was my first order with Zappos. I found your site quick and easy to navigate. I placed my order on a Friday and had the shoes on Monday. I tried them on on Tuesday and the right shoe made a funny sound when I walked - like air coming out. I tried walking back and forth on my living room rug but it didn't go away. I called your Customer Service Dept. and explained the situation and immediately a return label was emailed to me and a new pair was overnnighted. How easy was that! And the person who I dealt with (who's name I unfortunately don't have) was totally professional and friendly. Now today I received a hand written thank you note from the CS rep. You can be sure that I will continue to order shoes from you and have spread the news about Zappos to all my friends! Kudos to you!
