My review is rave! Ordered some work boots for my son and we needed to request an exchange because of sizing. Zappos could not have been friendlier, enthusiastic about their service, or more efficient in getting the shoes to him and making the exchange. This was my first order and I was truly amazed!

Horrible!
What a waste of money! You can't find out how horrible they were until you work in them for a couple days, then you can't send them back!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great! I have an awful time buying shoes, and I appreciate your free return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone that Zappos is THE place to shop online!
