I have medium-wide feet and this shoe is super comfortable, except that I am having a bit of a time getting accustomed to walking with such a heel height in combination with the open back. I feel like I have to juggle wobbling plus foot-slippage inside the shoe. This slipping is much better if I don't wear socks.
I have the Born Ascott and Brittan (multiple colors, love them) in a size 7, and the Malang size 7 fits me fine.
This shoe looks great with jeans and casual pants, especially those with a narrow, flared leg b/c the shoe itself has a slim, elegant, non-chunky shape.
The black and T. Moro leather options for this shoe are very pretty: not shiny, sort of understated but the color has a lot of depth.

Love this shoe! The only reason it got 4 stars is there is no option for a 4.5 rating. I would have rated it a 5 but it is not quite as comfortable as my other Born shoes. Very comfortable considering the heel height though.

Quiet Elegance -
Other than sizing up on this Born shoe (don't know if it's because it was from the Crown division) it truly is beautiful. I've worn it with skirts and jeans and either way this slide looks just plain stylish - oh and don't forget - comfy...

They are great -
These shoes have style and are very comfortable. All my Born shoes are comfortable. These have a little bit more style to them. I can actually walk in these heels without hurting.

Nice Clog style shoe -
I love the look and it’s really comfortable. I do feel like its slipping slightly though I ordered my normal size which is 8. I don't know if 7 1/2 would have been better to get a snugger fit, since the leather is such good quality it probably would have stretched to conform an even better fit. I have to wear a sock to make it as tight as I need it and I do not have slim feet. I still love it.

Very stylish and so far comfortable -
I feel this shoe was a little expensive, but like it very much and it feels extremely comfortable. It ran a 1/2 size smaller and because it’s winter time, I wanted to wear socks with them so took the bigger size.

This is the most comfortable 3" heel shoe I have ever worn! Ordered both colors. Since it was not available in half sizes, I ordered a 1/2 size smaller which is perfect, my arch sits right on the arch of the shoe for great support. The leather is soft, the footbed extra padded. Great looking shoe and great Zappos service! I placed my order 5pm and received it the next afternoon!

These shoes are great!
I have always loved Born shoes for their comfort, but now they are very stylish as well. Zappos carries a complete line of Born shoes. How easy it is to pick a pair of shoes and have them delivered the next day. Bravo to Born and Zappos.

This shoe is a visual delight and a wonder to wear. A wee bit uncomfortable,but that could be because I am not as used to heels this high.

Like a glove.
Wow. They are so comfy. What a treat. Even the little knit shoe covers that come with them make them seem more upscale than the price suggests. The color is really espresso, though, not "black" as Zappos categorizes. They accessorise well with either black or brown if you're wearing jeans, but I wouldn't put them right up against black pants. But so comfortable you don't even realize the heel height.
