You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company! I love Zappos!
