Not worth the price - The quality of the leather used on the boots is terrible! It feels paper thin and fake, even though it's genuine leather. I don't like the way it fits my leg either, the shaft is wide all the way to the ankle, instead of tapering down. The heel isn't bad at all, but for the price you can definitely get a better quality boot.

Fantastic looking and comfortable boot!
This boot is near perfect for what I was looking for... that is comfortable, decent quality for the price, stylish, and a dark-medium shade of brown that goes with all browns. The heel isn't too high, so walking around the city in them is no problem. They have a sole that will hold up and has some traction. They fit my muscular calf well and even though they are pull on, they went on and come off without a problem. I could even tuck pants into these! Yay! I agree with the reviews below that the ankle is roomy, but that doesn't bother me. It goes with the style of the boot and makes getting them on & off easier. I wear an 8M in dress shoes, so I ordered an 8.5M in this boot. It's a bit roomy, but that will allow me to put in a gel insole and wear socks. Overall a fantastic boot. Better than anticipated. I kind of want to order them in black now! Plus, I ordered them one day and Zappos shipped them overnight for free! Fantastic customer service. A+ experience!

Brown boots -
These boots work well for me because they come in wide and I have foot issues. The no-zipper thing makes them a little difficult to get off, but I think it's worth it. They are the perfect comfortable-but-still-look-good height and look great with pants.

Great Boot!
I really liked the style of this boot. I'm 5'8 and it just came to my knee. The heel is perfect and comfortable to wear to work all day. Also, dressy, but could be casual. Pretty easy to get on and off even though it is a pull-on boot. The shape and structure of this boot is great, but the leather wasn't the best quality. I would have to agree with some of the other reviews that the leather is a bit different shade on shaft than it is on the foot. If you can get past that, this is still a great versatile boot. Although I returned the brown, I may end up getting the black! Fits very true to size.

Pleasantly surprised!
Heard about this site at a Cabi clothing party. Went to the site and easily located the style boot I wanted. When I opened the box and put them on, I couldn't wait to show them off. They were gorgeous, comfortable, affordable and more than I would have ever expected from an online site! Gabriella Rocha and Zappos will definitely get repeat business from me!

Just what I’ve been looking for!
92% satisfied with these boots, cute and comfortable the heel height is comfortable enough to wear all day. I only have a couple minor issues, the leather is not the most expensive (couldn't expect much for the price) the construction is okay not fantastic and they are just a smidge too big in the ankle and calf not a problem if you're tucking pants into them but overall I’m really happy with these. I’m a size 11 so finding shoes is a struggle I’m willing to over look some imperfections if the overall effect is what I want and style wise these are exactly what I’ve been wanting.

Very stylish boots.
With their tall shafts, 3 1/4 inch heels, and adorable round toes, the Chrissys are very stylish and sexy. I bought them in black and brown. Although, as another reviewer pointed out, the leather is not the most supple, it is acceptable. I should point out, though; the leather at the foot part is smoother than the shaft. No problem, except what Vicky M said about the brown, rsvp Brand, "Nonni" boots which are identical to the Chrissy, although the Nonni costs more: "I found that the shaft was a more matted brown than the foot making it appear that the foot was 'weather treated.'" The brown Chrissy also showed this, but worse: the foot and shaft were different shades of brown! Off they went back. Still, the black Chrissys are comfortable, with adequate room for my wide feet. They could, however, use more cushioning and arch support; inserts might help. Also, since these are pull-on boots, I liked the extra leather around the ankles. Because my ankles bow out, boots with tighter ankles would chaff my ankles and unattractively accentuate the bowing; the Chrissys don't do this. The shaft fits my calves well, although I wish the top of the shaft fit closer to my leg and not flare out so much. I could try to alter this, but since these are pull-on boots, I might not be able to pull them on later. You might like to know that a drawstring bag is provided for storing the Chrissys. It's made of a black satiny material and "Gabriella Rocha" is printed in pink at the bottom. An expected luxury. The black Chrissys may not be the "best" boots (I must keep looking), but, for me, they're definitely keepers.

Love these boots!
These are the perfect combination of sophisticated and sexy! The slightly rounded toe gives it a softer, feminine shape while the tall narrow shaft makes it sleek and sexy. The heel is just the perfect height! The shaft dips down slightly in the back for comfort at the back of the knee as well.

ok but strange fitting -
I should have listened to previous reviews, but I am stubborn. These boots are cute looking and fit my muscular calf well; however, the ankle space was extremely vast! I felt like I had rubber galoshes on. The fit just wasn't right for my leg with the snug calf and the extra wide ankle area. I will be returning and ordering a different pair of G.R. shoes. I love Zappos!!

Didn’t keep -
I ordered two pairs with the intention of comparing and keeping one (love Zappos!) and these weren't the winners. While significantly cheaper than the ones that I kept, the leather isn't the most supple on these boots. Though the boot is nice looking when on and seems good for the price, the boot seems a half size large. While I didn't ultimately end up walking around in them, it did seem to have some arch support, which is nice in a heel and appeared like it would be a comfortable boot.

Not what I was looking for -
I'm returning this item. I did not like the overall look of the boot. I thought they seemed cheap. They seemed generic. I haven't bought Gabriella Rocha shoes before, so I don't know what quality to compare to. For the cost of the boots, I didn't think they were of equal quality. They are also about a half size big.

I ordered the Pritzy shoe on Sat 8/23 for a wedding that my sister was having on Fri 8/29 and it arrived on Monday! I have to say that I was so impressed.
