These shoes are awesome. I wear them to teach fitness classes and they are perfect for all the different movements that are done in the classes. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the look of the shoe. I would recommend this shoe for any fitness instructor or basketball player. Comfort plus great looks, awesome.

Cute but too stiff. I got the purple in this shoe and it was beautiful, however the fit was not comfortable. It felt very much like a ski boot. I know the high top gives stabilization to the ankles, but it was just too restricting.

This is my daughter’s basketball practice and game shoe - She has 2 pairs. 1 for practice and 1 for games and loves them.
After 1 full season both pairs have held up very very well. My daughter comments that they still feel great after 35+ games and over 100 practices.

Toe box too narrow -
Why do they make the toe box so narrow on a basketball shoe? My feet feel crammed into the toe. They used to make a decent toe box years ago. These are basketball shoes and the confining leather toe box hurts instantly. Nike, make a women's basketball shoe like the original Huarache men's back in the early 90's. Those shoes were perfect. This shoe would be great otherwise.

These make my feet very happy -
I needed shoes for a new, more physically active job, and most current athletic shoes have that deep dip on both sides between the tongue and the back of the shoe that seems to force my foot forward so my toes are crammed up against the front while my heel is flapping around loose at the other end. Not these! I fortified the arch area with some metatarsal cushions and wrapped that ankle strap around, and for the first time in years my feet are not at all sore after being on my feet all day- it's miraculous, almost. Not only that, I've gotten lots of compliments on them. I gave them four stars for looks only because I think the patent leather look on the medial half of the shoes is a bit much, otherwise they're really a great-looking shoe.
My only other complaint is that for some reason the left shoelace was a good three feet longer than the right one, but I can deal with that. Zappos is the best anywhere!

 |  | WOW!!! I am so impressed. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of insoles on 9/8 and got them the next day 9/10! Now that is what I call amazing. You didn't charge me for faster delivery and the web site was way easy to use. I really liked the pop-up that let me see every angle of the shoes, so of course I knew exactly what I was getting and I was not disappointed. I can't wait to use Zappos again.
