I ordered my New Balances to replace an older version of the same shoe. I received them within 2 days and was very satisfied with my very first experience with Zappos. I wear my shoes at work every day and I am very pleased with the shoes, they are very comfortable and I love the black because it doesn’t show dirt. Thank you Zappos for making my first online shoe experience a positive one. I would rate you at 100% overall.

Torture devices -
I have never had a running shoe that caused me to hate running so much. I have given them several chances, but each time I run in these I feel like my ankles and knees are being tortured. Have had to revert to my old broken down shoes until I find a replacement. Apparently these shoes work well for many people, but I am astounded by how much they DON'T work for me (and I have had much success with a variety of running shoes).
I love Zappos because of the wide selection, great views and reviews of products, fast shipping, and easy return process. However, I got burned on this one, not Zappos' fault. Sometimes a well-informed running shoe salesperson can't be replaced!

Nice shoes -
I purchased the navy/yellow version and love them. The shoes are really comfortable and really good for all-purpose use. Each step feels like you're stepping off a spring--very smooth. The only thing I don't like is the NB logo on the inside under my heel is staining my white socks yellow--small price to pay for such comfy shoes.

I bought these shoes for my son in law, who is on his feet all day. He absolutely loves them, and they fit him perfectly. I just want to say that I have never dealt with a more reliable company, and your customer service is A1. I will never order from any other company, when I need shoes or what ever I need that Zappos offer. You are the best.

You have to fall in love all over again -
I tried this as a replacement for my discontinued model of NB 1060's. (The only real problem with New Balance is that they continue to make great models and then promptly discontinue them.) As expected, the MR8507s are comfortable, with no noticeable break-in time required. Great support. Durable. Solid construction and materials, again. I do marathon and half-marathon training distances in them. Functionally a five star. I just don't like the new George Jetson looks...

Great shoe - too bad my feet hate it -
I loved the look of the shoe and the initial fit as I tried them out, but since I've been actively using them outside walking, I can't go more than five minutes before my feet are screaming because the arches are so high and I have very flat feet. Unfortunately, it was impossible to tell this when walking around the house with them.

Great shoe by New Balance. Used them at the gym for a week before going on a two week trip to Italy (where a lot of walking on uneven city terrain was involved). I'm sure glad I bought them and with Zappos fast shipping, I had plenty of time to break them in before my trip. Dazzle!

The shoe runs much larger than other shoes. I wear an 18 in most other brands but this 18 is much larger. Unfortunately for me I wore them for track practice and got them dirty so I am unable to return them.

Nice running shoe -
I pretty much only buy New Balance sneakers nowadays. They fit really well and depending on what you get, are usually light weight. No complaints on styling. The one thing that I found with this shoe is that the sole grip is not as great as others I've owned. I know it's a running shoe and on gravel and paved roads it works great. But I took this shoe on a paved trail and it became more slippery than I'd imagine a sneaker to be. Keeping in mind that I hike a lot and have hiking shoes so I didn't expect hiking performance out of a running shoe but still... a little surprised.

Excellent sneaker. This makes my third pair!
This makes my third pair and I have yet to find better sneakers for the treadmill. True to size in all aspects. And the fact is Zappos is now the only place I will purchase shoes. If you tell them you are returning an item, they send out the replacement item before they even receive the item you are returning. The customer support staff are the nicest people I have ever dealt with.

My husband loves them!
My husband is a very picky person when it comes to basically everything. So when it came to buying new shoes for him I went with New Balance. They look stiff but he cannot stop thanking me for getting these shoes for him. He recommends to anyone!

Absolutely love 'em!
This is the second pair of New Balance I have owned and I absolutely love 'em! I bought these to work in, but once I got them I decided to use them for running and working out. They felt as comfortable as a new pair of sweet socks the very first time I put them on!! Great shoe!

Hands down this shoe is "HOT" for any given occasion. Working out or cruising the clubs this will get you noticed in a New York minute! This shoe wardrobes well with jeans or your favorite sports club attire. Great shoe for yourself, or your boyfriend, you decide, it's all good!

Although I have not worn the sneakers a lot, I am quite happy with them. I think they look great as well as feel great. They are comfortable walking or running. I have another pair of New Balance that are also great. New Balance sneakers are my new sneakers of choice.

All around the best running shoe I ever have owned. It breaks in easy, durable, and looks good. Best of all it is American made. I have now bought a total of three pairs in different colors.

White MR8507 -
I have enjoyed these shoes for 3 months now, and, as most shoes do, they have gotten a little dirty. While most white shoes turn an ugly brown, mine have turned more silvery and it doesn't look terrible (though, it could be the kind of dirt I've been walking through). They are very comfortable. I like them a lot, however, the sides are not very firm, so slipping them on is almost impossible.

White NB shoe size 14 -
I purchased these shoes for my 14 year old son. He has a size 14 shoe. This size is hard to find and when we do the shoe is often too wide. The service from Zappos is wonderful and the selection available is very much appreciated. This shoe needed no breakin period and was light and comfortable from the beginning.

I didn't get a refund instead received store credit. Bummer! I thought of Zappos since I ordered a pair of boots site unseen and size questionable. Lucked out. But since I had the 411 on the Reikers, I looked the shoes up on your web site. Low and behold there were my shoes! The price was right, in fact, cheaper, and I got free shipping! Then I received an email that I'll be upgraded to FEDEX!!! I shared my experience with my secretary. She stated that your company is both unique and cool. (CEO is with the little people in a cubicle among other non traditional work/business ethics.) Sorry to divert, back to the shoes...love them!
